I genuinely wish I could give negative stars. This review is entirely about ABHISEKH (salesman), and my experience was absolutely unacceptable. I have never encountered such shockingly poor customer service in my life. Instead of answering basic questions with professionalism, he became loud, argumentative, and dismissive. It felt like he was more interested in dominating the conversation than actually helping a customer. No customer deserves to be spoken to in that manner — especially when they are simply trying to get information before making a purchase. For a company like Sukhi Bath, which claims to have a strong reputation, allowing this kind of behavior is extremely disappointing. One employee’s conduct can damage years of brand trust, and this experience has certainly affected my perception. Management needs to seriously evaluate their staff standards and customer service training, because this was beyond unprofessional — it was unacceptable. You don’t have good sales man manners at all ABISHEKH. Be a good sales man, don’t try to be ABHISEKH BACCHAN. Hope it will help.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic serviced at Sukhi Bath Motors and was very impressed with the technical competence of their team. The diagnostics were thorough, and all recommended work was clearly explained before proceeding. The servicing was carried out according to manufacturer specifications, using quality parts and proper procedures. It was a great experience appreciated support staff as well.

Outstanding services! And the best part of Sukhi Bath! They treat you as a Family with good oriented customer services and very professional people! I highly recommended this place when you're getting your affordable first car! Btw The Chai tea is amazing and the Mechanic crew member named Jimmy does the perfect job for your vehicle! 😀 We'll recommended!

We would love to thank Kartik and staff for the great service. My sister drove away with a Beautiful Mercedes GLE 400. We loved the service and Kartik did not push anything on us. This is the second Mercedes she has purchased from Suki Bath. Thank you to Jeevan for her service and the Sales manager. ⚠️ Buyer Beware ⚠️ ⚠️ Buyer Beware ⚠️ I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my experience has been very disappointing. The vehicle price was about $36,000 with an interest rate of 7.52%. In addition, more than $2,000 was added for an insurance product, even though I clearly stated that I did not want any insurance. English is not my first language, but I repeatedly said I did not want extra insurance or additional charges. Despite this, the insurance appeared in the paperwork at the time of signing. In the end, a vehicle that is worth around $20,000 ended up costing me about $32,000 after interest and other charges. I feel I was not properly informed about how these extra costs would affect the total loan. Now the vehicle’s resale value is much lower, around $15,000, even though I have not driven it much. This situation has been very frustrating and financially stressful. Please read every document very carefully before signing and do not rely only on verbal promises, especially if you are new to Canada or not fluent in English. 👎👎👎👎👎

I recently visited at SUKHI BATH MOTORS for an oil change and some body Cosmetic repairs, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service! They were quick, efficient, and very professional. My car feels great now! What I appreciated most was the clear communication and the genuine effort to make sure by (Rajwinder Chechi & Service Team). I was happy with the work Highly recommended if you're looking for fast, reliable, and trustworthy car care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a good time purchasing the car however promises were stated at the time of purchase, that were not upheld by the sales person who tried to use the services required prior to the handover as the services promised. Very disappointing. Make sure to not to take their promises to heart.

DISHONEST and MANIPULATIVE!! I received a call from Gurleen stating that they could lower my interest rate. However, the experience turned out to be completely different. She stopped answering my calls, and only her manager reached out telling me I “qualified” only if I traded in my car, which was never mentioned or promised earlier. The entire interaction felt dishonest and manipulative. The manager was rude and dismissive. I definitely did not feel valued as a customer. I would NOT RECOMMEND dealing with the management at this dealership.

Papa bear was a great guy to deal with..as well as funny! He made me feel very comfortable, no pressure, got me everything i wanted in purchasing my 2018 Camaro....i drove it home the next day! Thanx pappa bear for making my experience successful! I highly recommend you! Great sales person!
