DISHONEST and MANIPULATIVE!! I received a call from Gurleen stating that they could lower my interest rate. However, the experience turned out to be completely different. She stopped answering my calls, and only her manager reached out telling me I “qualified” only if I traded in my car, which was never mentioned or promised earlier. The entire interaction felt dishonest and manipulative. The manager was rude and dismissive. I definitely did not feel valued as a customer. I would NOT RECOMMEND dealing with the management at this dealership.

Horrible experience. They don't respect the customers at all. We had pinged to visit regarding a vehicle and when we reached, they said that vehicle is not available anymore. Also, it looked like they had posted in a female account but the person I was actually talking to was a male guy. We didn't understand why they need to impersonate someone else to sell cars. Moreover, once we sat their desk, we said we have few more appointments. Instead of respecting our appointments, he was literally wasting so much time doing something else. Further, when we said let's do it a bit quicker please, he disrespected us in front of everyone to get out. In spite of all the other members and the manager being right there, no one cared to even shut down that sales person or cared to even show some respect towards us. Pathetic customer service. Please avoid at any cost. Find another reliable dealer or directly buy from a owner on marketplace.
