1) How to Enter: There is no purchase necessary to enter the draw. Contest closes on Monday December 26, 2022 at 2:50pm PST. To enter you may (i) visit either Sukhi Bath Motors location and enter in person by submitting the entry form as instructed; (ii) visit Sukhi Bath Motor's website and complete and submit an entry form. Phone entries will not be accepted. Entries must be received and submitted prior to the deadline. 2) Limit of one (1) entry per person. In the case of multiple entries, only the first eligible entry will be considered and the remainder will be void. All entries become the sole property of Sukhi Bath Motors and will not be returned for any reason. Entries must be received prior to the deadline. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible or incomplete. 3) Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry, as applicable. 4) Winner Selection: 1 finalist will be chosen every Saturday live on radio beginning November 26, 2022 at 4:50PM. A final draw will be held between the 6 selected finalists and 1 winner will be announced at Sukhi Bath Motors (15437 Fraser Highway Surrey, BC V3R 3P6) on Monday December 26, 2022 at 2:50pm. Each entrant shall be eligible to win only one (1) prize. The odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received for the draw. Any remaining entries will not be carried over for entry in the next draw. If the selected entrant does not respond within one (1) business day of notification, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive a prize and another entrant may be selected until such time as an entrant satisfies the terms set out herein. Sukhi Bath Motors is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsors to receive a selected entrant's response. 5) The winner will be required to present two pieces of valid photo identification to confirm his/her identity. Upon confirmation of identification, the Winner must take a photograph with Sukhi Bath Motors staff. The Winner will also be required to sign a consent form authorizing Sukhi Bath Motors to use this photograph for marketing purposes across all marketing platforms including radio, tv and social media channels. 6) Sukhi Bath Motors assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that the draw cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the control of Sukhi Bath Motors. 7) By participating in the draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, terms & conditions. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of Sukhi Bath Motors, which shall be final and binding in all aspects. Sukhi Bath Motors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be (a) violating the rules, terms and conditions (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or operation of the draw. 8) Privacy/Use of Personal Information: Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
