Great reliable service, received the text as soon as I landed at East Mids airport to say Sue was waiting 5 minutes away and to let her know once we had our cases. We were collected directly outside the airport. Nice clean, spacious car with a very large boot. Smooth run home. Great communication and speedy run home. Highly recommend. Thank you Sue!

Unprofessional. If I could leave zero stars I would. My friend booked an airport run from Lincoln to Birmingham, pick up at 03:30am this morning. When the taxi didn’t arrive, my friend rang and sent messages, all to no avail. The booking had been confirmed by the company on Friday, so the details were all correct. What sort of company leaves their clients stranded like that? My friend is disabled and anxious about flying, and this made it so much worse. We eventually rang another firm (Direct Cars) who sent a driver within 5 minutes of our call. Due to the lateness, we very nearly missed our flight. If we had, we would be seeking the return of the cost of the holiday. Their lack of professionalism and responsibility is unbelievable. Avoid! EDIT:- I have just reviewed the response from the owner. I have no idea where the driver was, but he most definitely was not at the address provided. We know that because we were stood outside from 03:15am until 04:00am when the driver of the alternative firm arrived. We certainly would not be ringing and messaging asking where the driver was, if he had turned up! There should be a clear emergency number for situations like this.

I used sue today to take me and my friend to pennals garden centre. She took us and came a picked up us . She’s so kind and very friendly. I would truly recommend her well done sue it was so nice meeting you today x

Dreadful!! Should be zero stars! Confirmed our evening booking from the train station an hour before pick up. We were kept waiting for over 15 mins and didn’t answer calls. When she eventually picks up, said she can’t make it anymore. Had 2 young children with me and left us hanging! Couldn’t even be bothered to let us know! So unprofessional

Probably the most unreliable taxi service I’ve come across , made me late on my wedding meal and kept telling me they were definitely on their way and turned up 45 minutes late …. Unfortunately had to try book with these again a month later due to no others available, booked for 5.30 , after several calls to them to find out where they were she kept telling me he’s on his way & at 6.10 told me they can’t make it until 8.30 pm and put phone down on me . Never use this service !!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went to the wrong pick up point which resulted in us waiting an hour to be picked up. Quoted a fare over the phone then when we were in the car the price double (£25 to £50 so not a small amount)Had no other option but to use for our return trip and waited a lb hour after the agreed collection time. Rang several times for both journeys and each time told 5 or 20 minutes

Booked taxi for 8am made it quite clear that it was for a doctor appointment at 8.25am I'm disabled and even though the doctors is a 10 min walk for a healthy able bodied person only about a mile from my house I'm unable to get there any other way than by taxi. TAXI DID NOT ARRIVE I ended up having to rearrange the appointment which is now in a week time. Tried calling Sue's twice left a message first time at 8.06am then didn't leave message second call then final call left message to say they had not turned up and don't bother now. It's now 8.34am. Also was quoted £2.30 higher than other taxis charge.

Booked at 5:30 for a 6:20 pick up for a £15 journey. Stood around waiting, tried calling and no answer (conveniently) presuming there was a bigger fare but would rather have been told than have to wait. Thankfully Handsome cabs came to the rescue, yes they were more expensive but no point luring people in with cheap prices if you don’t turn up.
