Brady was very professional and friendly. He took time to answer all my questions. Very fair pricing, it’s evident they are not in the business to upsell on unnecessary products or service. I would recommend Suburban Septic Service and will continue to use this company in the future.

Moved from the city and never had septic before. The house needed a new one and Suburban came recommended from our neighbors. They didn’t disappoint. Great family run business. I can be a little high maintenance but they answered every question, came to the house multiple times to explain the process, kept the install date, and when we encountered unexpected issues they went out of their way to address and resolved them quickly. Created a customer for life.

Was having issues with laundry floor drain overflowing. Brady explained all that goes on between drain & riser pump .He replaced the 7 yr old pump and all is working perfect. Very professional , knowledgeable and personable. Will definitely recommend .

Brady the service technician did a great job diagnosing and correcting the issue with my septic system that the previous service contractor neglected. Suburban Septic does very well keeping you informed and involved and in the process and was very prompt with emails. I am happy to have switched to Suburban and feel confident they will keep my septic system operating as it should!

I recently used Suburban Septic after years of using another company. I felt like I was kept in the loop with the entire service process. In fact, there was an issue from the prior service/company, that Brady (Service tech) fixed on the spot. We purchased a home with a septic system about a year ago. Not knowing much about septics, we happily signed up for Suburban Septic’s maintenance program, as recommended by the seller of our house. So glad we did! We are required by the county to have our system inspected on a regular basis. Suburban Septic takes care of all of this from start to finish, including submitting paperwork to the county. During their first visit out (for us), Brady took the time to explain the system and answer any questions that we had. And if you ever have any issue, they are incredibly responsive. The alarm on our system went off in one instance, I was able to schedule an appointment right away and Brady was able to determine that we had a toilet that was running and overloading the system. Even this visit was covered by our maintenance program! I was provided a list beforehand of parts that may potentially be having issues and their potential cost, which was so helpful to know going into it. But the visit ended up costing us nothing, and I was able to fix the toilet to resolve the issue. And to top it off, they are family owned and operated, and so friendly! I can’t recommend Suburban Septic enough!

I can not say enough good things about this company. The were very responsive to all my needs. They over exceeded my expectations. Patrick jr was very knowledgeable. And did an amazing job. I have been in the trades for over 40 years. They sure do a great job. This is the only company for a septic system or cleaning that i will ever use. Definitely a customer for life. I am glad i got to know Patrick a little better. He is doing his family proud.

We have been a Suburban customer for at least 10 years and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Suburban Septic is ALWAYS there when you need them AND, they are excellent with keeping us upto date with timely follow-up services. Michelle and Brady make you feel like family and keep your system running like clockwork. We would NEVER consider going anywhere else. "Once you've had the steak, everything else is hamburg", we stick with the best!
