Su Casa Handyman

I have used Su Casa a few times and is hands down my go to for any work I need. Travis listens to all my needs, pays attention to detail, gets the work done efficiently, and it all looks amazing! He even comes back and checks on the work completed. We will always use Su Casa!

I was nervous to hang my own curtains in the original part of our house. 100 years old with lath and plaster walls and I did not want large cracks doing across the walls and ceiling. Travis did an awesome job drilling into our walls and hanging up our curtains. They’re level, tall and beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. He was prompt, professional and clean. He even brought a clean pair of shoes to wear inside!! I will absolutely call him back for more projects!

We had Travis replace our front door and do some weatherproofing on our back door and he did a great job! He was easy to work with and he was careful and fast! I will be using Su Casa for any future home repairs. Can’t recommend him enough!

I was referred to Travis by a trusted source and have now asked him to do many tasks over 2 different jobs. He is a professional. Once the task list was long enough that he took nearly 2 full days. Everything he does is solid, up to code, works smoothly, and he is super nice and good at working with you to problem solve for solutions vs. cost. He goes through every line item with you before doing the work so you know what he will and won’t do. And Ces, the office manager, keeps everything organized. They also are up to date with billing and payment methods. Very glad I found a good handyman. He’s not cheap, but I prefer someone reliable and transparent whose work is good. He also cleans up meticulously.

Travis just completed a job for me and the results were fantastic. It was a large drywall repair, along with replacing baseboards, building a custom access panel, and then repainting the room. I was a little nervous because the walls were textured and I wasn’t sure how it was going to look after the repairs. I honestly think it looks better than before. I’d recommend Travis to anyone.

Travis did a great job completely remodeling a basement bedroom. He took the time to get things right and kept me updated on the progress each day. I’ll definitely use him again.

Su Casa Handyman repaired a badly-installed shower rod and replaced a very sad-looking outside door. He was very professional, efficient, and thorough. I am very pleased with the end results. He has earned a place in my call list when I need work done in the future.

Perhaps some crucial information to keep in mind if considering working with Su Casa: We were looking to get a quote from 3-5 companies for a minor project. Su Casa will not even engage unless you pay them $79 to come out and take a look at the project to give you a quote. They let me know it was ok to charge the $79 because it would be applied to the cost of the project. They said they had to charge this fee to "prioritize serious projects and respect everyone's time." I reminded them that we were looking to receive 3-5 bids on the project, and that if every service provider charged us $79 just for coming out, we would likely pay in booking fees what the actual cost of labor would be for the project. Since our requirements are not "serious" to Su Casa, and we must respect their time but they are not required to respect mine or my pocketbook, I will not be working with Su Casa on this or other projects.
