Based on Google Review, we visited for an 01 Manicure and 02 Pedicure service believing it will end up good. Not to blame the staff, however staff were not trained and the service provided was extremely worst, Warm water was not changed and same water was used again and again for cleaning until the service was completed. they ask you to choose the pack and apply to make your skin look shiny, but at end if nails were not cut properly without clearing the dirt and cuticles, we felt it could have been better if we would have DIY. When we approached for final payment and shared our review, Rather then rectifying the mistake, all we could hear from the person incharge was we deducted the GST, next time we will try to match with small service. Who cares when the service provided initial was worst and not satisfied. Studio 11 management should look into the staff training and ensure we get quality services for the price we Pay. Wasted our time and money here. This is my personal experience and review for their improvisation.
