I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for more than 10 years, and this is honestly the first time I’ve left a parlour this disappointed. I clearly and repeatedly explained how I wanted my brows shaped, but my instructions were completely ignored. The lady ended up cutting/shaping both brows differently — one brow looks completely different from the other. I even have a function to attend in two days, which made this even more frustrating. What disappointed me even more was the response I received. I was casually told that “it’ll grow back” or that I could just use an eyebrow brush. If that’s the solution, then why would I go to a professional parlour and pay ₹74 for eyebrow threading when I could have threaded them myself and adjusted/fixed them with an eyebrow brush? It’s not just about the ₹74 — it’s about the service and the fact that my instructions were not respected. I genuinely expected better from a professional parlour. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place for eyebrow threading.

A bunch of absolutely unprofessional people running this place. I always make it a point to book an appointment before going. It has happened many times that I reach and still either the stylist is not available or he is busy with some client. I can totally understand things are flexible but if I'm reaching on time you need to respect my time as.well. In fact I have told them that if it's getting delayed you can call and tell to come later I'll come at whatever time it is free. BUT STILL THESE GUYS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF TIME. And as for the haircut, only one male stylist knows how to give haircut there. I have seen female clients shouting and complaining (almost in tears) about the services offered.Never going back there.
