The service was exceptional, and the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. A special mention to Isha and Janu, who were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. I had an amazing experience at this saloon! I got keratin treatment, smoothening, and a haircut done, and I’m really happy with the results. My hair feels so soft, smooth, and manageable. The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. They listened to my preferences, gave good suggestions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the service. ⚠️ Worst Experience – Fake Promises & Poor Service Please be aware, this salon is completely misleading customers. They advertise attractive offers on Instagram like hair smoothening and styling for ₹1,777, but once you visit, they change the story and say it’s “not included” or try to upsell something else. I opted for their service, and within just one week, after my first hair wash, my hair went back to its original state .. actually worse than before. This clearly shows the service quality is extremely poor and not at all worth the money. They also lack skilled staff and professionalism. When I requested a refund, they asked me to visit again for a redo. However, every time I tried to book an appointment, they kept giving excuses like “no slots available” or “weekends are busy”. They kept postponing again and again, and now they have completely stopped responding to my messages. ❌ Fake offers ❌ No proper results ❌ Untrained staff ❌ No customer support ❌ No accountability Highly disappointed with this experience. I strongly recommend not visiting this place. Don’t fall for their ads .... it’s a waste of money and time. Also, after posting the review before they contacted me and requested me to remove it instead of resolving the issue. This clearly shows their priority is hiding negative feedback rather than providing good service.

I am writing to share my experience during my recent visit to your salon for a pedicure service. As this was my first time at your salon, I had several doubts initially. However, I am pleased to say that my experience was truly exceptional. The staff member who attended to me, Ms. Mathi, provided outstanding service. She was extremely polite and attentive throughout the process. Despite it being a Sunday, there was no rush, and she carefully carried out each step of the pedicure with great professionalism. Her dedication and attention to detail ensured that I was completely satisfied with the service. I am highly impressed with the quality of care and customer satisfaction I received. I would like to commend Ms. Mathi for her excellent work and recommend her service to others. I look forward to returning to your salon again in the future. Very worst experience with them I just went for straightening they did but hair got frizzy within one day Asked with them they said to do botox for extra money That's also not worked Then they asked to do keratin treatment again did and product over processed in my hair. Now very rough hair like a brush , my normal hair also in straight texture only. Now hair loss and money loss,waste of time too Knowledge less hair stylist.

I had a very disappointing experience at Studio66. I went for smoothening which they cost 2k incl Tax.. From the beginning, they tried to convince me that straightening or smoothening would damage my hair and that it wasn’t healthy enough. I clearly mentioned that I had done smoothening thrice before at another salon without any issues. Still, they insisted I go for a hair Botox treatment costing over ₹5,000. During the procedure, I kept asking whether the process being done was correct and similar to smoothening, and the stylist assured me multiple times that it was. I followed all their instructions carefully.. I didn’t tie a bun or plait my hair and waited till the 8th day to do the first hair wash as advised. But immediately after the first wash, my hair went back to its normal texture, showing absolutely no effect. Since I live far away, I shared a video of my hair right away and requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they insisted I visit the salon again. I did so, and when I asked to meet the stylist who worked on my hair (because I had already told her during the process that something seemed wrong), they said she had left the salon. Later, I found out that the same stylist was still working there, which was very unprofessional. During my visit, they themselves admitted that in all their years, they hadn’t faced such an issue before. Yet, even after that, there was no proper response, no professionalism, and no refund. They only kept insisting that I do smoothening again or try some other service, which I am not interested in. It would be better to refund the amount nor I can take the action against them.. Overall, I feel completely misled and disappointed with both the service quality and the customer handling at Studio66.
