I had a very disappointing experience at Studio 66 Family Salon, Ganapathy. I opted for the ₹1,999 Botox offer, which included a free follow-up service. After the Botox treatment, I was simply told to come back within a month for the free service, without being informed of any restrictions regarding timings or days. When I called around 8 PM to enquire about the Botox treatment, they said it was fine. However, when I went for the free service at a similar time, they refused, saying it was closing time. They also told me that free services are not provided on Sundays, which was never mentioned earlier. I later visited on a Wednesday evening, but the de-tan and clean-up were completed in barely 15 minutes. The staff openly said they were doing it quickly because they didn't have enough time. The service felt rushed, careless, and far below expectations. Overall, I am not satisfied with the salon's service or the way they handled the "free" service. My advice to others is to confirm every detail of any offer—including the eligible days, timings, and conditions—before making a payment. In my experience, the staff were not transparent about the terms and were unwilling to provide the promised service properly.

Extremely disappointed with Studio66 Family Salon. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I booked a hair smoothening treatment specifically for my wedding, expecting professional service and long-lasting results. Instead, the smoothening started failing within 10 days, which is completely unacceptable for a treatment that is supposed to last for months. The poor quality of the service not only wasted my money but also spoiled my confidence and happiness during one of the most important occasions of my life. When I contacted the salon, I expected them to take responsibility and provide a solution. Instead, I was repeatedly ignored. Despite numerous phone calls and WhatsApp messages requesting a refund, there was no proper response. Every single time I called, I was given the same excuse: "I'm a new employee and don't know the history of your service." A professional business should maintain customer records and ensure that complaints are handled properly, regardless of staff changes. What shocked me even more was the attitude of the staff. During one of our conversations, they openly said that I could post my experience on social media if I wanted, showing complete indifference to resolving my complaint I have preserved the WhatsApp conversations, call logs, and call recordings related to this issue. I strongly advise anyone considering hair smoothening or similar premium services to think twice before choosing Studio66 Family Salon

⚠️ Worst Experience – Fake Promises & Poor Service Please be aware, this salon is completely misleading customers. They advertise attractive offers on Instagram like hair smoothening and styling for ₹1,777, but once you visit, they change the story and say it’s “not included” or try to upsell something else. I opted for their service, and within just one week, after my first hair wash, my hair went back to its original state .. actually worse than before. This clearly shows the service quality is extremely poor and not at all worth the money. They also lack skilled staff and professionalism. When I requested a refund, they asked me to visit again for a redo. However, every time I tried to book an appointment, they kept giving excuses like “no slots available” or “weekends are busy”. They kept postponing again and again, and now they have completely stopped responding to my messages. ❌ Fake offers ❌ No proper results ❌ Untrained staff ❌ No customer support ❌ No accountability Highly disappointed with this experience. I strongly recommend not visiting this place. Don’t fall for their ads .... it’s a waste of money and time. Also, after posting the review before they contacted me and requested me to remove it instead of resolving the issue. This clearly shows their priority is hiding negative feedback rather than providing good service.

I had my Botox treatment at Studio 66, and Ms. Mythili did it with so much patience and care. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. Really happy with the service.

My Honest Review of Studio 66 Ganapathy Salon This is the worst parlour experience I’ve ever had. Before visiting, my hair was healthy — but after their so‑called kera smoothening treatment, I lost it completely. It’s been a year now, and I still haven’t regained my healthy hair. Please don’t waste your money on their fake offers and misleading ratings. Even basic men’s salons use an apron for a haircut, but here they didn’t bother with any hygiene. The staff wore masks because the product was so stinking, yet they didn’t protect customers at all. After the treatment, I suffered a severe headache, high fever, and was even hospitalized. They initially called with a fake offers 2000 but later they claimed 5000 rupees from me. Totally a waste of money. Please run away They claim other salons like Studio 7, Naturals, and Green Trends use low‑quality products, but in reality Studio 66 Ganapathy is the one using cheap, harmful products. The smell itself was unbearable, and the results were disastrous.To make matters worse, the so‑called “positive reviews” on their page are not genuine. The staff themselves grab customers’ phones and post fake reviews to boost their ratings. Please don’t fall for their fake ratings, cheap products, and false offers. Save your money, your time, and most importantly, your hair.
