Found one of the worst salon ever. They're just trying to manipulate us the entire time to do some other services like botox and trying to avoid the actual 1666 offer which I was attracted by the ad that makes me move forward to do it on there so. They asked me to come the next day for the hair wash. They're saying that all the workers are off on that day only one stylist available, though I reached the place and requested to do my hair wash after the keratin service they did on two days before. They purposely shut down the power and make me wait for over 2 hours . It was raining heavily outside ,still Cold water la hair wash kadamaiku panitu current ilanu reason solittu blowdry kuda pannama wet hair laye ukara vechanga .. andha whole building laye ivanga salon la matum current ila . Na velila pona konjam nerathulaye current varudhu. I'm still outside down the endha alagysalon waiting for auto. They didn't aware of this. Evlo cheap aana behaviour idhu.... Anaiku pana ishtam ilana adha soliruklaam.romba urgent and also avanga sonanga proper aa ivanga kitta vndhu hairwash pananum nu. And also on the day of service, mudichutu cab yeruna one hour laye my hair turned normal. I did informed it to them but they're like ivlo dhan mam varum,veruu 1666 ku keratin kudukromna apo endha alavuku irukumnu ungalukkeyy theriyatha nu nakkal aa kekranga.extra payment kuda panren actual keratin panunganu sonna they're just asking us to do individual hair treatment again with new bill and extra cost which is more than 5000 again . That madam was blabbering like indha 1666 keratin treatment panuna hair palaya mariye dhan irukum changes irukadhu just hair protein uh absorb pani healthy aagu nu edhedho kadha vidranga..poi tholayattum nu 4000 ruva kaasu picha karanuku pottadha nenachtu vituten.

Today, I had a keratin treatment at studio 66, it was a good experience and the output is good. Two days later , I'll have a second sitting for a hair wash , after that I'll update my full experience of keratin treatment in studio 66. This was after my hair wash, really good service made by subha . I had 3 services with this package,it was basic only but made it good.

I had a very disappointing experience at Studio66. I went for smoothening which they cost 2k incl Tax.. From the beginning, they tried to convince me that straightening or smoothening would damage my hair and that it wasn’t healthy enough. I clearly mentioned that I had done smoothening thrice before at another salon without any issues. Still, they insisted I go for a hair Botox treatment costing over ₹5,000. During the procedure, I kept asking whether the process being done was correct and similar to smoothening, and the stylist assured me multiple times that it was. I followed all their instructions carefully.. I didn’t tie a bun or plait my hair and waited till the 8th day to do the first hair wash as advised. But immediately after the first wash, my hair went back to its normal texture, showing absolutely no effect. Since I live far away, I shared a video of my hair right away and requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they insisted I visit the salon again. I did so, and when I asked to meet the stylist who worked on my hair (because I had already told her during the process that something seemed wrong), they said she had left the salon. Later, I found out that the same stylist was still working there, which was very unprofessional. During my visit, they themselves admitted that in all their years, they hadn’t faced such an issue before. Yet, even after that, there was no proper response, no professionalism, and no refund. They only kept insisting that I do smoothening again or try some other service, which I am not interested in. It would be better to refund the amount nor I can take the action against them.. Overall, I feel completely misled and disappointed with both the service quality and the customer handling at Studio66.

Recently I got kera smoothening..Worst service and hospitality — a complete waste of money. They advertise complimentary services, but when you actually visit, they hesitate to provide them and keep finding excuses not to do them. Totally unprofessional attitude. I strongly do not recommend visiting this salon. Posting single star also it’s waste
