I am repeat client of Studio 11. I have had Hifu on my face twice, facials and have used their skin care products for a while. The products and procedures are fantastic and I have had great results!! But that isn't the only thing that sells this place for me. It is also in a big part the customer service. Lizzy is fantastic. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. She explains everything fully and makes sure you are completely informed regarding all of her products and everything she does. I cannot recommend Studio 11 enough.
