Lovely studio with all bills included and all necessary facilities. Very well located in Birmingham city centre—super convenient and comfortable! Leanne and her colleagues are always fast to respond and helpful.

Been at Cornwall street for 3 years which is managed by SLC, over the years I've built up a great relationship with the team, maintenance are always reachable, staff are quick to respond to any issues and nothing is too much trouble. Shame I can only give 5 stars as they deserve more for what they do.

One of the best student estate agents I have used. Very responsive with emails and reasonable end of contract charges unlike other accommodations which rip students off. Repair any issues without hesitation. Although slightly slow with fixing my sink, this couldnt be helped with bank holidays and incorrect bits. Got my deposit back within a small time frame. Not had any hassle and Charlotte and Leanne were great and responded to any of my concerns :) Would recommend these again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently switched to Student Letting Co for the management service of my rental property as I was dissatisfied with service from a local competitor. As a surveyor I must say I was really impressed with their professionalism in terms of legal knowledge and a deep understanding of building defects/repairs. Leanne and Don are great people to deal with and they are very in tune with the local market.

It’s been a wonderful experience for me since the company started managing my student accommodation. There has been a commendable improvement…. Our buildings are safer, cleaner and more comfortable to live in. Complaints are addressed faster than before and I can attest to the management being more engaging with occupants. Thank you.

I've been living in my flat for nearly 2 years and it feels like home from home!! Jason and Jake have recently redecorated my flat and they have done a FANTASTIC job! My flat looks bright and fresh and it was done so quick! 10/10!!

My friend and I were going to rent out a flat but she backed out last minute due to family issues. Leanne and Charlotte from SLC were really lovely during the whole process. Leanne showed us the flat and was friendly and informative. Despite us not being able to rent this flat, I would recommend SLC to people!

Had a really good year with SLC. They were flexible about the contract and have been really fast and responsive throughout the year whenever we’ve needed them with a maintenance service always on standby. They’ve also been easygoing and understanding throughout lockdown.

Student Letting have been really easy to deal with and the staff have been great, especially Megan and Leanne. On the few occasions we have had a small issue, they have been easy to get hold of and have dealt with it promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Student Letting Company.

This is by far the worst student company I have ever been associated with. The staff are rude and disrespectful and were extremely ignorant towards all damages and repairs. Our house was filthy and in poor condition. We’ve had endless amount of problems getting our deposits back, as they unnecessarily point out areas which are impossible to clean and claim that any damages before you’ve moved in, are you’re responsibility. I also chose to have my room decorated which I paid £160, due to extreme damp and marks alll over the walls. I also paid for a new lock on the door as it was broken and cracks around the door to be filled in. Our carpets were absolutely filthy. I would never recommend this company. They are without question unprofessional and ignorant. You’d be a fool to sign the contract!!!
