I had a fantastic experience at this dental office! The doctor and hygienist did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit, especially since I was experiencing severe anxiety. Their calming techniques really helped put me at ease. I also want to highlight the billing department staff (office manager), who was incredibly compassionate and understanding. She took the time to address all my concerns and made the whole process much smoother. The customer service here is truly exceptional! I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, particularly those who may feel anxious about their appointments. You'll be in great hands!

So let me tell you this first, I Never, Ever enjoyed going to the dentist in my LIFE.. But this time I had no other choice but to make an appointment. Long story short, I LOVE going to the dentist, now ☺️... Dr. Alisa Cogan and the entire Staff are AMAZING!!! Wait, did you read that correctly... I said, AMAZING!!! The staff and Dr. Cogan explains every little bit of what need to be done, they walk you through every step and are so caring, trust me when I say, No Pain... 🫣😳... My smile, (which I have not seen in awhile😩🤣)... Is getting Better every visit.. they gave me my confidence back and I Love it, Thank you ALL so, sooo much, this is definitely the place to go to. ... 🤗🥰

This office is amazing! I’ve been 4 offices before them and they all were crash and burn!! Erika and Dr Wallick took their time during my apt. They made me feel comfortable which is hard to do in a dental office! My children saw other staff members who were just as awesome!!

I'm a new patient to Stuart Dentist, my co workers suggested I go there. My old crown had fell out and I needed it cemented back in. Easy peasy, saw me the same day I called! All the staff I have come in contact with have been super friendly and accommodating. I've had work done on a few teeth by Dr Milanes. Not only does he do an excellent job but he is really nice. Nicole was his assistant, she was so good and helpful. Can't forget Rosy, she took over so smoothly. I had a cleaning with Rae and he was so thorough and informative. If your looking for a dentist, definitely get in there! I love my new Dental office!

Erika at Stuart Dentist is wonderful. She explained everything before hand, she is very kind and just a lovely soul. This office has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend Stuart Dentist if you are looking for a new Dentist.

Since the old X-rays are missing, you should discuss with your new dentist whether they can proceed without them or if they will need to take new ones. If new X-rays are required due to the old office losing the originals, you may want to discuss who will cover the cost of the new imaging. HIPAA and Florida Statute 6$\S 766.204 Issue Resolved

Poor communication and lack of follow-up! I contacted this dental office to request X-rays for a failing implant and to discuss potential future treatment. I was told I would receive a call back with an estimate the same day or the following day. That never happened. I followed up myself and was again told I would receive a call. Five days later, there was still no response. For healthcare providers, especially when dealing with implant complications, timely communication and follow-through are essential. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of reliability, and I decided not to proceed with this office. This was a missed opportunity, as I live nearby and was considering them for ongoing implant and crown work.

Stuart Dental, very welcoming place the minute you step in the door, Erika the hygienist is awesome, caring,kind,,compassionate,professional,informative. Makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed, definitely an amazing young professional.stuart Dental definitely hit a home run with addition to you team.

Dr. Panchal has done several implants for me. I am very pleased with results He and his staff are very professional and always make sure I am aware of what is going on and they ask if I am feeling any pain or discomfort. Office is modern and they have all the latest equipment. 5 stars

I had great service by Erika and Dr Panchal today. Both explained each step they were doing, very professional and easy to talk with. In these days of feeling rushed at professional offices it was a refreshing change.
