They were running their mower thru my yard, I had a fiber cord running through the back that still wasn’t buried yet, they shut off the blades, got off and hung it politely on the fence to ensure they would not hit it. More than happy with this service.

The workers hit our internet line that is marked with caution tape. When I called they said "accidents do happen" and to "call our internet provider". Which I do understand that accidents happen but the team saw the line said they tried to move around it but still mowed over the line. They said they lifted the blades so it must have been a tire. I would be more understanding if the line wasn't marked but the caution tape is clearly visible. I do not use this company, it is our backyard neighbors who used the services but the fiber box is in their yard. So now since I work from home, I am displaced and have to find an alternative place to work and potentially pay for. All for services I do not use. I think this shows poor care and attention to detail. We will be looking into legal precautions and reporting them to the better business bureau.

Mowed over the cord to our internet that was waiting to be buried. The cord had yellow caution tape on it to make sure it was seen. This also wasn't even in our backyard. Their response was "accidents happen." My wife now has to find a new place to work until our internet provider is able to come out again.

Struder lawn care does a phenomenal job on my lawn. Great service. Great results. Highly recommend
