Ihab was very responsive, accommodating and we experienced great communication from start to finish. Not only was he able to promptly assess the issue we contacted him about but also checked every one of the things that could have been affected by our initial concern. Pricing was very reasonable and i would not hesitate to contact him for any future needs.
