Stronghold Scaffolding

Driver of vehicle KUW407 Cut me off real bad. Lucky I didn't get out a crack his face. That's what happens when you drive a marked vehicle, get to post a bad review against the company.

I used Stronghold back in February 2021 for exterior painting purpose. The service was good at the beginning. After the exterior painting was done and the scaffolds were removed, I found a crack on the outer layer of one double glazing window which was apparently caused by a hit. Unfortunately, Stronghold shifted responsibility by saying it was not their faults, saying workers were well trained and blaming the fact that my house was left unattended for 1 month after the removal was done. I was so upset and disappointed by their irresponsible responses by taking the advantage of no witness onsite during their work. In fact, there was no other renovation work underway after the removal of scaffolds, and from time to time we inspected the house for every completed job. The broken glass was the outer layer of the window at the 2nd floor where no one can break it internally except the hit by the scaffolds externally. It was indeed a big lesson learned which completely damaged the credibility of this company.
