Excellent customer service. Super comfortable chair, and it's art from Norway. George was professional and kind. He explained to me very well about chair, and helped me to find the last stock of computer table that is also as excellent product as chair. I didn't know Streeless brand until I coindenlty found a store and fall in love with their chair immediately after sit their displayed chair in store. I was looking for comfortable chair good for my lower back, and I was luckly to find Streessless chair before purchasing other brand chair.

Extremely terrible service and the company has no initiative at all. i went in wanting a chair in colour A but was told that it would take a long time so they offered me to purchase colour B in promise of a shorter wait/delivery time. Months later, the expected date of delivery had passed and the company gave me no update or delay notice so i had to call and follow up. Another 2 or 3 MONTHS passed and the delayed delivery date had passed, once again: no update, no delay notice: nothing from the company, once again I had to call them up and ask just to be told that it has been delayed by even more months. This pattern happend multiple times where the company would leave their customers in the dark and never take initiative in updating the customers. Every single time we had to call and we had to wait and we had to ask. The company was extremely ignorant throughout the several months and offered no sort of compensation.

Decent product however horrific customer service. The elderly man who had his feet up on an ottoman conversing with another visitor (or a staff member I couldn't verify) was not interested in making sales. If he was a staff, I feel sorry for the owner. If he's the owner of the shop, the management might wanna consider finding a replacement retailer since he will only ruin the reputation of the entire establishment.

I FEEL I GOT CHEATED!!! I recently went online to purchase a sideboard. After I have paid, there is no confirmation on my purchase. There is completely no response from the shop. I tried to reach out via phone, emails and website contact for almost two weeks, there is still no response. I feel this company is like a scam. I don’t know how I can get my money back ! 😫
