Why?
After running teams for almost ten years, Broker of Record, Jonathan Greene, saw the writing on the wall. Teams make money for the team leader, but team members don’t make much for themselves. A collaborative brokerage evens the playing field.
At Streamline, all agents are on the same level. There is no recruiting inside of the brokerage. There is no preferential treatment. There is camaraderie and a plan to help each other.
Streamline does all of the paperwork for its agents. We handle the entire back end of all transactions. Teams are fading. Independent brokerages are rising.
