Ben was prompt to return my call and had same day availability. He asked questions to get a thorough understanding of our job so he would come prepared with the right parts/equipment. Prior to doing the work he explained what he would have to do, how long it would take, and cost.

We’ve used Ben at Streamline Plumbing multiple times for shower and tub leaks and an exterior spigot repair, and he’s been great every time. He responds and acts faster than any plumber I’ve worked with. Ben is professional, communicates clearly, and does a great job diagnosing issues. While fixing our spigot, he caught a separate problem with our water pressure and expansion tank that could have cost us a lot of money later. He wasn’t even there to fix that, which says a lot about his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend Ben.

Very glad I came across Streamline Plumbing when searching for a smaller and local plumber. In addition to fixing and replacing all bathroom faucets, they were also able to finish out our basement bathroom at a much better price than others that quoted us.

Ben installed a water softener and a whole house filtration system for me. Within a couple of minutes of being on the phone with him I had pricing and knew exactly what I needed to get. The process was way simpler and the cost much more reasonable than anyone else. He did a great job and I'm enjoying having filtered, softened water.

Had a shower that would only run if it was turned all the way hot… sent Ben photos and he quickly replied that my specific cartridge was sold at a distributor in Des Moines. I looked like a fool going to the box stores of Home Depot & Lowe’s. Got the cartridge replaced and he didn’t try to upsell or replace a valve or anything. Also ended up going back to the distributor and getting a new trim kit with that specific cartridge. You don’t find customer service like this anymore.
