I have taken a few month's before posting this to see if Jordan would do the right thing and return my money. He finally paid the over charged amount this week after me waiting over 2 month! But still stands by his work, so he is leaving me no choice but to take him to court! I would not use this company for any type of serious repair work! I had a broken cable on my slide out, I was out of state when it happened. My care taker hired Jordan to fix it. I thought the estimate was high but needed something done.Biggest mistake of my life! Long story short. He charged me $1,500.00 left my slide out a complete wreck! Everything was disconnected, there were long cables hanging( that should have been clipped and probably the cause of the jam up) he stated my refrigerator ( that has been in place for over 3 years) is too heavy causing the new cables to break. So he charged me$1,500.00 and left my rv in worse shape than when he arrived. 2 very reputable companies have stated ( and will be writing statements for me to take to court)that this was a simple $600.00 job and he had no idea what he was doing! Because of the way he left it and damage he did by jamming it up and breaking cables it turned into a $1,800.00 job and had nothing to do with the refrigerator! So you have been warned! If you are looking for great service and great prices call Chris at good time mobile rv service or Steve at Desert Sky rv repair.** In response to Jordan's answer. I can deem it subpar work as my refrigerator is still in place and my slide out works perfect! I as not there, but my caretaker took photos and kept me up to date on everything happening especially the part where you called it a night since you couldn't get the wires to synch right. So when you couldn't figure it out you said it was the refrigrator. Visa reversed the claim as they only verified you showed up at my rv. We will let the court decide.
