A very nice facility with tight security & clean units that seem to be well maintained. I've never had any sign of mice in my unit's.

They have me and my father's stuff for months now in a rented storage paid every month, yet they can't contact my father or me since both me and him struggle with memory and we can't get to our stuff to the point a police report had to be made, worst storage place on the planet I've been trying to move into my new place and have the stuff I had put in storage temporarily but can't due to the fact no one on the customer service team does anything to help!!!!!!

Very easy to rent a unit, easy to access. So far so good.

They have no emergency contact number or anyone to answer calls in case of an emergency. I got stuck inside the facility. The gate got stuck when trying to leave. I tried calling the customer service money but it didn’t have any option to talk to someone or how to report an emergency

So far it's been great place to use. It's a nice place and is really secure but the only main downside is the fact it's not open 24/7 cause i work till 9 and barely have time to make it there on time.

A very smooth process from start to finish. A variety of options for all of your storage needs including a variety of locations. Would've loved it to have 24/7 access as not everyone has the same schedule and if I'm paying to use it I want to be able to use it whenever I want to!

Worst ever. They keep telling my account is on auto pay, but then I get default notices and now they say I have three months behind. Terrible management, never in the office.

Easy over the phone sign up, instant access with coded gate... gated and fenced... and security cameras on site... reasonably priced... clean units comes with lock provided... access starts at 6am to 10pm.... and it on number 6 metro bus route. 1000% better than public storage...
