Website says “phone support” daily, 6 am to 10 pm, however when we call, it says “storage link is closed”. Myself and other people are locked out of the gate and unable to enter. Also sent customer service message.

Storage link is now my go to facility for storage now and in the future! Their customer service is friendly, informative and listened to my needs! Their online system is easy to navigate and follow up was a breeze! We just moved into our unit yesterday and it is clean and well built and I felt very secure keeping my belongings there! Glad I went with Storagelink!

Be VERY careful when renting with this facility. I had stuff stolen while renting for only two months. Poor management and field manager with no call back. PLEASE USE YOUR OWN LOCK and i would recommend two locks and NOT theres. Good luck

Clean, easy access, no issues and worked great while we were selling our home.
