Ordered a 16 x7x7 M- Series unit. Took longer to come in but the staff was always helpful when I inquired.I picked up my unit when it came in because it was going to my cottage. I was impressed with the staff when picking up. Felt they definitely went above and beyond with helpful tips for putting together. The unit itself is very high quality and super easy to put together. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

All around great people at this company. My first dealings was only an inquiry and they took the time to answer all my questions. When I did order, 2 days from order to delivery. Delivery drive was great. Very engaging not in a hurry to dump his load and go. Started by going over where install is. Made sure afterwards it was where we want. Their lift & dolly system allows them to go anywhere with pretty much zero risk of damage. I upgrade to the new and it was so worth the cost. The container was 99.5 % flawless and the interior mint brand new. Their pay once delivered policy insure your satisfaction and takes away the worry of have to send money before hand and not knowing what you are getting.

We had a 40 foot container delivered today with Storage-Tech's mule system. Our installation was not an easy one. They had to bring it down a steep (muddy) hill and maneuver the container between trees to get it where we needed it. They made it all look easy. Even when things didn't look like it was going to work, they did not give up. Tyler and Steve were the reason this did work. They are not quitters. They are hard working dedicated individuals with a very positive attitude. The skill with the equipment is stunning. We really did not think it was going to get into the spot but they proved otherwise. Thank you so much Tyler and Steve. The whole process was amazing. Trina was so kind and helpful as we had a lot of questions and concerns. She was patient with us and consulted with others to be sure she did not overpromise. Great company to work with. Completely recommend. One of the few to offer the mule system. Essentially they can remote control the storage container like a remote control car allowing for clearance and movement into spaces otherwise impossible. It looks fantastic! Thanks again guys

Very happy with my purchase! Communication with storage tech was excellent. Delivery driver Tyler was very polite and a great person to deal with. I would’ve given five stars, but a delivery was rescheduled a couple times Due to mechanical issues with the delivery truck and the mule system. But Those kinds of things happen all the time. Would recommend this company to anyone

Buying this second used 20’ container from Storage-Tech was a great experience. They did not ask me for any funds upfront, the container was as they said it would be, and it arrived on time on the day I chose to have it delivered. Payment was made via debit machine at my home. I plan on purchasing another one in the near futur. I recommend Storage-Tech. 😊

Decided to purchase a Storage Tech container 7 by 7 by 7 and glad I did as it was the right choice for the added storage space I needed. There delivery was hands on as he put the container as far back as he could go and was very concerned as to not damaging my driveway. There was some packaging screws missing so I called and the owner got on the phone and sent his employee right out immediately to deliver those parts from Woodstock to Toronto right away. Spoke with the owner about a small problem with one corner and he was going to send his service department back out within a day or 2. Company standards are a 10 plus who care about the customers. The unit I purchased is fantastic for what my needs were. There whole crew was easy to get along with from buying and the office staff as to answering all my q
