I’ve had the pleasure of renting from Storage Solutions twice - once when I moved to the area and another time when my daughter was relocating. My most recent rental lasted seven months, and I found the entire experience seamless. Setting up the rental was straightforward, and their payment options were flexible and convenient. The facility itself is impressive: it’s clean, well-lit, climate-controlled, and equipped with handy moving tools like loading docks, dollies, carts, and furniture movers. Plus, it’s accessible 24/7 by lock code access, which is incredibly convenient. The management team deserves special mention - they’re consistently friendly, helpful, and understanding. I wholeheartedly recommend Storage Solutions to anyone in need of a reliable storage facility.

I rented a unit for over a year and just emptied it. Renting was quick and easy. The man I dealt with was helpful and friendly. The unit was clean, nice, well-lit, and climate controlled. No bugs or mice. Carts are available for moving your items. You can get in with a code. There are cameras. You can auto pay. When I emptied the unit, I just called and there wasn't anything else I had to do. The guy was super nice. If I ever need another unit, this will definitely be where I go. I researched other places and chose this one even though others were much closer to home. Bring able to trust that my belongings were safe was worth it.

Great prices, and the owner is very helpful and friendly! The storage units are clean, indoor, climate-controlled, and secure. There’s a convenient loading dock where you can pull right up to unload, and they also provide equipment inside to help make moving your items easier.

The Mize brothers are awesome to work with. Their facility is great. Dolly’s and carts provided. They have multiple entrances site wide pest control and climate control. 10 out of 10, this place has met my needs and I’ll continue to use them for all of my storage needs in the future. Josh has a great storage area which is clean, environmentally controlled and new units. The loading dock is perfect to back your vehicle up to and plenty of equipment is available to carry and retrieve your items. He is a plus 10 in service and has bailed me out on several occasions when I couldn’t find keys and once on the weekend. The price is very reasonable and you will not find a more secure place than his building. If you need environmentally secure storage for high end paintings this is the place.

I came across Storage Solutions online when I was looking to store my belongings between moves and decided to book a unit. The sign up process was easy and once I was approved, I was granted my access code. The place was extremely clean and the owners, Josh and Andrew, were nice and helpful. This facility is a great asset to Martinsville and Henry County. I highly recommend.

Great place to keep furniture, pictures, and any household items. Climate control is great and the facility is always clean. Never had any worries with my items and would definitely use Storage Solutions again. They are easy to work with and always very professional.
