From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her communication was outstanding—clear, honest, and helpful at every step. Even though I don’t live in the state, Shauna took the time to coordinate my equipment delivery and made sure everything was handled safely and efficiently. What truly stood out to me was her genuine care and willingness to accommodate my needs. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless. Very friendly staff, communicative, understanding, located just off the highway, gated, and decently priced! Storage units, covered and uncovered boat / rv parking spots available! I parked my sprinter there for a few months and had no issues!

Going into the 3rd month and have had no problems with our storage unit. Unit is clean and secure. The service has been amazing. Will has been very kind and courteous to us. Would highly recommend renting from them.

Do not rent the storage here, they will sell your unit without notice, talked to someone there and told them I’d pay in full and they sold it without notice. Their fees are outrageous and unfair.

Were really helpful and friendly renting out a unit. When i arrived after office hours with a truckload, the access code i was given dis not work. I was able to get a hold of someone within a few minutes and resolved the issue. Great service!

The $25 fee to set up a new customer and $25 fee to access you items after 9pm are RIDICULOUS. Tried to give them some business but will go to DJ or red dot. Cheaper and can access 24 hrs for free

Great customer service and very accommodating with our schedule. Would highly recommend these guys!
