Storage City of Tupelo

The storage unit is absolutely amazing. It has plenty of space for all my things, making it easy to keep my home tidy. I can store boxes, furniture, and other items safely without worrying about them getting damaged. The unit is clean and well-lit, which makes it comfortable to use. Plus, it is secure, so I feel safe knowing my belongings are protected. Getting access is easy too, so I can pick up or drop off items whenever I need to. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for storage.

Very clean environment, had some of my belongings stored there for over a year and had zero issues. The app is also very handy and secure getting in and out of the facility. The staff is also local and happy to help! Awesome place to do business with.

RUN!!!!! This place has gone down hill fast! I've had a storage here for years and they have fired the nice staff that actually took care of their tenants and it's nothing but greed now! They sent me an email saying they would increase my rent 31.5% in 30 days! I've voiced my dissatisfaction to the roof tops and they couldn't care less. (Right at Christmas time might I add.) I have bragged on this place for years and sent countless of clients here for storage but no more. STAY AWAY FROM STORAGE CITY TUPELO.

Highly recommend. Great location, storages and customer service are unbeatable. Ashley is great at communicating with customers and keeping guests happy.

I have had a unit here for several years. They've recently changed their payment system and insurance tracking system which is terrible. The rent has gone up significantly. The facility stinks and there are bugs which didn't used to be a problem. Also the units don't always lock. I don't recommend this place.

Y’all when I say this is the place for all your storage needs! Loved the facility, super clean, all digital entry, can monitor from anywhere in the country for security purposes and they ARE REASONABLE!!!

Storage City is a great avenue to not only store your belongings but keep it secured and potential damage free.

Under new management that's incompetent. Changed there pay portal after buying. Which from another business owners view is a terrible idea.
