This Facility is Family owned, and operated. The location is excellent for Skiatook Lake. It is the first class operation, with compressed air available for my boat tires, as well as water available to winterize and de-winterise My Baja Boat. Anytime I need something, the owners Chris, and his Son are always available by phone. The gate can be open with a phone app or a gate code. The facility is clean, well kept, and their prices are highly competitive. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for extra storage space!

Great communication with easy rental process. Owners showed us all our options and went over all parts of the facility. Units were new and clean and the entire factory was well maintained!

Great place! I called on Saturday evening..they had a unit, and great price ready. He emailed the document for me to sign within 10 minutes. And I was moving in on Sunday. Overall awesome experience with Baylor. 10/10 will recommend to anyone.

Gate system is super easy to use. Finally, a boat and RV storage understand that there needs to be space between building for larger vehicles and trailers to get through. Just a super great experience all around.

A weekend trip to the lake went south when the boat trailers brakes locked up and had major issues. The only person to check on a us was a great guy named Baylor. He stopped and offered so much help. After we was able to get the brake released he offered storage of the boat at no charge(he saw how down on our luck we was!)and access to anything we needed as we was from out of town. Baylor was a top notch guy, very polite and helpful. Would recommend this nice storage facility for any and all needs to anyone! Thank you to Baylor for paying it forward! Would give more stars if possible!
