Great place to rent. My fiance has been renting here for awhile and now I am very happy and very friendly staff

If you're looking for a storage company for any type of storage do NOT use Stor & Lok here in Abilene. After going for a load to move some things on a Saturday night, we found ourselves locked inside and our code to get out wouldn't work. After calling and calling my boyfriend finally got a hold of a woman who was completely rude. She said "yeah genius, it's past 9 o'clock (and the gate allowed us inside past 9.) She said that there was a big sign on the front gate (which there was NOT it was completely whited out and no time could be seen). She was going to leave us locked in all night and started being incredibly rude to my boyfriend to the point that he had to be rude back. She kept it up until I threatened to call the police and then decided to be a little more helpful, but of course made sure to insult my boyfriend asking him if he was smart enough to enter the codes (the first few she gave weren't the right ones.) If you by chance decide to use them or already use them and wind up locked in 911911# will get you out (unless they decide to change it to cause people more issues for people.) People don't give their hard earned money to a business to get treated like scum in return.

Never been was just bidding on an auction they had posted. Looked like it was a great storage place though.

Quick and easy to rent, plenty of space to choose from.

Love this place, always friendly and willing to work with me whenever I've been in a bind. Will recommend to anyone that needs a storage unit.

Been here for like 10 years. It's one of the cheapest storage places in town. The people who run it are awesome. Overall, it's an awesome storage facility to use.

I recently needed a storage unit last minute for a disabled elderly lady I was moving. Stor & Lok not only had a nice unit, they gave her a month free. As I was getting the paperwork filled out several customers came in. The staff knew their name and were very friendly. I was impressed and will be recommending them to my friends.

Clean, courteous and climate controlled. Everything we were looking for. Access was easy and facilities are well kept.

Stor & Lok has thee best rates in town! Their 5X5 is PERFECT!! 👌🏼 Thanks for looking out.

What an outstanding place with amazing customer service. I don't recommend anyone eles but these folks.
