We asked for a used RV to be brought out for us and set a date and time to come and buy it, as we are 5 hours away. It was sold out from under us the day before we were going to pick up, no questions asked. No loyalty to new customers. This would have been our first RV and we would have paid in cash and bought anything else we needed to set us up in this new endeavor through them, but they completely shafted us. Do not trust their sales team.

Had furnace issues in February. Not many companies offer mobile service in winter months. Stoney RV was available and came quick to resolve the issue. Cam is very knowledgeable and efficient. Great price and service. Definitely recommend and will be my first call for any RV issue from now on.

Tried to buy a fifth wheel from here told them we were coming up on the weekend to buy it. Sold it out from underneath us didn't even have the courtesy to let a person know or call a guy up and counter offer or anything. Just got a sorry message not very professional sales people.

The team at Stony RV has been incredible. We purchased a tent trailer in January and they stored it indoors for us during the winter. We opened it up and went over all the details. Amazing price and customer service; 100% recommend. Thanks guys!

I don't think I've ever received service of this caliber anywhere, ever, in my whole life. I'm 78 so that should tell you something. Honest and caring, beyond anything you would ever expect from anyone in business. I would recommend Stony RV to anybody and everybody needing help with their RV, parts or labor. I called Stoney RV today a Sunday as the furnace in our 5 the wheel would not light . I did not purchase if from them but they talked me through a fix for the problem over the phone and now it operates properly. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend Stoney RV for your camper needs

Our buying experience with Stony RV was wonderful. We had found a unit they had on their website and just showed up to take a look. We were met by very friendly staff (Julie at reception) and everyone seemed as excited about our potential purchase as we were. We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Clayton and got a very good honest feeling from him. From there we were dealing with their main sales/yard man Duane. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and came with a very low pressure laid back approach which put us at ease. Everyone involved seemed very honest and open, we went through the trailer thoroughly as well as their own maintenance sheet and records. This was a used unit but any issue I had was immediately taken care of and no fuss was made. I had a few basic trailer related questions that didn’t pertain to my unit and their service team (Jole and Cam) were very open to taking the time to answer them. I respected their knowledge and product and they respected my requests as a buyer. We loved the unit and this sales approach and mutual respect made it a no brainer to make our purchase through Stony RV. I had came back to look a second time at the unit and ran into their detailer (Audrey) and we shared camping stories and conversation as though I was part of their family already. When it came to financing, Krista worked with us and got us the best interest rate and made that process also seamless. I was unable to pick up my trailer for a couple of weeks and when I phoned Clayton and explained, without hesitation he was willing to hold my unit for me until I was ready for the pick up. On pick up day Duane was there and ready to fit up my new hitch and go over a thorough walk through with my wife and I on the unit. We went on our way and we’re very happy with the whole process. If I ever have a question, concern, need a part or to trouble shoot something, I feel confident that the team at Stony RV will be there for me. I recommend any and everyone to these guys before you go to the big stores as you will get the customer service of a small based business that you will not ( that I have not) from the larger companies.

Good vibe from the minute we stepped on the lot. Fair pricing. Good selection. No pressure sales. We were given the opportunity to browse their inventory on our own without having someone breathing down your neck like we experienced at other dealers. They were patient with any and all questions and accommodated multiple viewings of a particular unit over the course of a few weeks. Units are given a refurbishment to get them to as close to new as possible and meticulously cleaned/detailed prior to pickup. The staff helped us with setting up our weight distribution hitch as we were new to bumper pulls. RV had one follow up issue that they repaired promptly to make sure it was ready to go as we were leaving for a camping trip that same day. Would definitely recommend Stony RV if you are in the market for a preowned RV.
