Hello world, USMC veteran home owner here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your teams efforts. Not only were all the workers involved with this roof replacement hard working individuals, they were genuinely smiling and singing / whistling, their energy and passion for their craft was extremely calming as I can relate to the team work aspect. The initial meeting with Kinsey who still is constantly in communication with us, explaining / answering questions that we had and the upfront honesty is what sold me, the ease that I felt was completely unexpected that’s why I’m here saying that I would recommend Stonecreek Roofing for any roofing needs. Literally they showed up at sunrise and by sunset they had just about finished the majority of the work like 90% of it... Honestly 12 hours of work. Nate and Sarah both assisted me through out my roof replacement process. They were both amazing! Very informative and quick to respond. Nate even came out to place additional tarps during a monsoon. That was going above and beyond and was very appreciated and helped reduce additional damage. Great service ! Highly recommend

Mind you, I normally do not do reviews. However I just want to give my review with Stone Creek Roofing. I needed a roof repaired in Phoenix, Az, I picked Stone Creek Roofing after getting many estimates. They were extremely easy to work with, and anytime I had a ? I heard back from them quickly, sometimes after hours, or the weekend. I live out of town but needed this done in a timely manner and completed on time, and at a reasonable cost / budget. Shout out to Kinsey, Trevor, and Clarrisa. I'm sure that you will have the same experience with Stone Creek Roofing, and will not be disappointed. A+ service highly recommended. FIVE STARS. Will use again when needed.

I am extremely pleased with the professional and seamless roof repair service provided by Sonecreek Roofing. From start to finish, the team was outstanding. Nate, our salesman, was excellent—knowledgeable, transparent, and respectful. He also kindly applied a veteran/military discount, which we greatly appreciated. Clarissa expertly coordinated the work order and scheduling. She carefully planned around the rainy weather in December and accommodated our out-of-town dates, making the entire process stress-free. Sarah, the onsite project manager, oversaw the repair with great attention to detail. She conducted a thorough final inspection and promptly issued a refund for a few individual solar lights attached to the siding that were damaged during the work—a gesture that demonstrated outstanding integrity and customer care. Every member of this team went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for their expertise, communication, and honest business practices.

I recently engaged Stonecreek Roofing following a leak during a severe storm. They helped substantiate my insurance claim, and served as intermediary between me and the insurance company with respect to the claim. It all went very smoothly. Their crew did a proper job removing the old roof and installing the new in 2 days. They assisted in arranging to have their drywall subcontractor do some extra work for me beyond the insured work, and that work was done very competently and at a fair price. I found Stonecreek to be professional, responsive, transparent and amiable. I was very satisfied and do not hesitate to recommend this company.

Nate & Sarah at Stonecreek exceeded my expectations. They worked directly with our insurance company. The workmanship was incredible. They had a 5-man crew and completed the work in 3 days ! 3 years ago I got my flat roof completely recoated. It's already crumbling in places!! It turns out they didn't property clean the previous surface and just dumped coating on it. It lasted just long enough to be out of labor warranty. You can see dirty previous coating in picture. This is a 100% preparation fail.

Don't believe the good reviews you see. They literally harass you to leave good reviews when they are done. We have had the worst experiences with this company. Called them a year ago to come out and fix two leaks, one major leak in the front and a minor one in the back. Came out to review - said we needed to repair the shingles on the front and said we just needed a nail hole in the back sealed up where the flashing connected to the roof. After the repair, I went up to take a look at what they had done - there was a SECTION of loose tiles, globs of the stuff they use to glue things down everywhere, cracked tiles, no sealant where the roof hit a wall, didn't seal the small leak in the back, and they had to work around a conduit line, but instead of putting the plate back how it belonged (under the tile), they attempted to glue it to the shingles, which had already failed and was pulling away from the roof. Called back and told them they needed to come address these issues, which they did (mostly - they said they didn't need to seal where the roof hit the wall). A week later, they came to fix the inside using what appeared to be a different company. The repair to the drywall itself was good, however they were too lazy to cover the walls, so they over-sprayed the wall with the ceiling texture by about 2' all the way across the wall - there were giant globs putty on the door - white speckles all across the outside of the blue door. At this point, we were just happy to be done with them. Until 3 months later when we got our first rain and the leak was worse than before and followed their repair line. They tried to blame it on the roof conduit that had been there for 5 years, despite it being 3 feet to the left and 4 feet above where the leak was happening and said they'd have another person come look. Finally, a manager saw what I was saying after I literally measured it for them myself and agreed to redo the work. This time, the roof repair and inside repair were done much better - no complaints with it (except this time they agreed there should have been a sealant where the roof met the house and said that was definitely part of the problem). Again, we were just happy to be done with them... until 3 months later when we had the massive rain and the small leak in the back got significantly worse. Called StoneCreek to come back and take a look and they informed us that they could, but they likely wouldn't honor a warranty because they hadn't pulled tiles up to fix anything when we first brought it to their attention. We asked them to still come out and confirm anyway. On the day they were supposed to come, we get a phone call in the evening (after they were supposed to be there) saying they wouldn't be able to make it, but they would for sure come out the following day at noon. That was three weeks ago and we have not heard a single word from them.
