Here is a list of what was great about my experience buying a full roof replacement from Stonebridge in Sept 2024: 1. They (an owner)responded to my request for bid immediately and all follow up was quick, thorough, transparent and personal. I happen to meet him on the street while he was helping another client and he responded that day. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 They communicated by text, email and phone and I could choose what worked best for me in any given exchange. It is so easy to get business done when a company uses all the tech available to them to reach their clients. We work full time and do not have the time or energy to work with a Mickey-Mouse operation who doesn’t text or use other forms of communication, or takes forever to respond. 😵‍💫😵‍💫 2. They are local, so I trusted that more. I had heard stories about shady contractors, so I liked that they had a business address and staff who answer a phone, email paperwork etc. They also worked within what my insurance supported. $$. Every thing from the bid to the bill was above the table, not shady! 3. The crew were the most hardworking I have ever seen. And, it was so hot that week! They cleaned up after each session and were professional and polite and most of all very kind people. The supervisor, I recall, is Juan. They kept their work contained in my yard and parked properly near my house in the street. They didn’t annoy the neighbors. I received no calls or complaints. They kept all their equipment in order and they were not in anyone’s way. They brought their own dumpster to toss the old roof, and someone even came quietly after dark to retrieve it. 🤩 There was no evidence of their trash, not a speck. So impressive. 4. When it came time for me to pay, they offered to pick up the check because I was worried about mailing it. What service!!! I am in no way affiliated with this company but I am now a fan! I highly recommend this company because they are easy to do business with and their builders are upstanding people. CALL THEM FOR A ROOF.

Stonebridge guided me through the aftermath of a huge hail storm with the help of Caleb, a representative with the company. Under his supervision , helped me navigate and coordinate with my insurance co.assisting with color choices, styles etc.,Stonebridge constructed both my new roof and new siding for my home. Everyone I dealt with from the office managers, sales rep and the construction teams were fantastic. I highly recommend this company and I most certainly would use them again.

Being an office manager is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Stonebridge Roofing is honestly one of the best companies to work for! Everything from the crew, to the team, to the owner himself is very good and polite people! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a job to work with great people and a great company. John is so helpful, kind, and efficient! We had a portion of our gutter that was loose and it would bang against the house and wake us up. John came right at the scheduled time, fixed the gutter in about 10 minutes and that was it! I am so thankful for their work and kindness. Thank you John! Stonebridge did a fantastic job, totally professional and easy to work with. Caleb was the Project Manager and is great. The roofing crew did their job and left without a trace...I was amazed at the level of clean-up they performed. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Stonebridge.

Stonebridge did an amazing job on our roof after hail damage. They worked closely with the insurance adjuster to get us the full roof replacement we needed to address the damage. They were quick and easy to work with and got the job done with no issues. I would recommend to anyone.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From scheduling the appointment with the office to getting the project set up with their representative, Fernando, to the installers, Ernesto, Jorge and Benji, everything was smooth and seamless. I wanted there to be a roof installed over my pergola, and Fernando was able to put everything together with ease. He provided me with color/style options that were so much like my existing roof that the transition was seamless. Fernando is very kind and knowledgeable. He got back to me the very next day with a full comprehensive breakdown of the overall investment and then came back to help me secure financing for the project. The installers then went above and beyond to make those dreams a reality. Everyone involved was polite, personable, helpful, and extremely respectful of my property. Excellent communication throughout, as well. 10/10, great experience. I would absolutely recommend Stonebridge roofing to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

I highly recommend Stonebridge Roofing to anyone needing roofing work done. We had several leaks in our roof and Matt S. came out and assessed everything. It turned out to be caused by cracked vent seals and several nail pops and Matt took care of them right on the spot! Unbelieveable!! Our roof is older and will need to be replaced eventually but the fixes that Matt performed will buy us some additional time as we are not currently in a position to afford an entire new roof. When the time does come for replacement, they will definitely be getting our business. Matt was very personable and easy going and took great care of us. Thank you Matt and Stonebridge Roofing!!

My experience was pleasant and personable. I was nervous as I wasn’t sure the process and how to do it all. My sales rep Luke put my worries to rest. I was able to ask questions and he took his time to explain in detail every step,really he basically took care of it all for me which I was grateful for. I would recommend this company to my friends and family in comfort of knowing they would be taken care of at the standard I expect from a company. He genuinely cared what went on at my home like it was his own. Even with minor hiccups I didn’t care as I knew he was on the job taking care of it. Couldn’t be happier with the job they have done.
