Think twice. Company will come out and be willing to talk right after a storm comes through to get your Business. If any company comes out and says right away is this an insurance claim be aware. Just let them know you need a quote done for the work your adjuster gave you. Before work begins take pics of your house like screens, windows, plants and shrubs, and all the work to be done. Before signing the contract let them know you need everything done on the adjusters estimate. Had a roof and all of back siding and tyvek to be replaced. Always asked I need to know when workers were to show up so I can be home before their subcontractors showed up to do the work. Lucky I was home cause wasn’t notified when I had multiple state license plates show up to do the work. Roofers showed up around 7:30am and didn’t get off till around 9:45pm. So had to call the company to get them off so I can get some sleep for work the next day. Wish someone from the company would have been present while the work being performed so when questions come up they can answer them besides a subcontractor. When the siding was all off they weren’t gonna change out the tyvek wrap and when asked they said no even though there was a roll in the driveway. Then playing the middle man called owner which knew what was supposed to be done to get them to replace it. Then they had no staples to attach it instead used roofing nails to do it. Never finished the trim for the siding. Yes it was an insurance claim and I kept my deductible till the job was somewhat finished. If you want to play the middle man between the company and your insurance company keep track on what needs to be done cause this company will charge every penny and not perform all of the work. When my insurance finally got a hold of who I’ve been talking to didn’t want me on the phone call with them!!! After multiple rounds of phone calls and subcontractors showing up trying to get the job almost complete. Roof looks good and not leaking and don’t have any issues with subcontractors doing the work but someone from the company needs to be present for the whole job to let them know what all needs to be done and if any questions come up they can answer them for the customer because you will play the middle man throughout the whole process.

Luke and Stonebridge Roofing were amazing to work with when we had to submit an insurance claim after a big storm. Luke went above and beyond to communicate and work with us every step of the way. He even went out of his way to bring by many siding and roofing panel options! We love the dark blue siding, our home looks brand new! Thank you, Luke for all of your help!

We had a three ton tree hit our house in March. We required a new roof and new siding. We worked specifically with David Porter who was phenomenal. He was great with communication, professional, and helped us in our decision-making process. They were able to work closely with our insurance adjuster and get a full roof and siding replacement. The installs were done quickly and looked really nice. Anything we needed after the install (hole for vent in bathroom, switching some things around, etc.) was taken care of quicky. Our house looks like a completely new house and we love how it looks now. We would highly recommend Stonebridge and specifically David to anyone.

Stonebridge was a huge help to me as a new home owner. They made the entire process easy - from the initial inspection and navigating our insurance options, to handling the adjustor and installing the roof (it only took one day). It's great to feel secure under our roof again and to have a great-looking roof to come home to! I would describe Stonebridge as: helpful, transparent, efficient, quality, and friendly. I would recommend them to any of my neighbors!

Got roof & siding replaced, due to storm, after 7 months from start to finish. Terrible customer service. Poor communication. Poor quality. Experienced a whole host of issues from roof leaking inside due to being improperly tarped (2 smoke detectors had to be replaced and ceiling repaired after numerous follow ups with multiple people), siding fell off after complete (and had to be repair, see pic), and cleanup job was not thorough at all (see pics, I had to finish myself). Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
