We had such a great experience with Stone Home Inspections from start to finish (our agent recommended, and super happy he did!!) Rosie was incredible. Super informative, patient with all of our questions, and genuinely seemed like she cared about helping us make the best decision for ourselves. Jovani was our inspector and he was fantastic. Extremely thorough, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. he explained everything to us in a way that actually made sense without being overwhelming. Even after the inspection was done, they continued to be incredibly responsive and helpful with follow-up questions. They got us the information we needed quickly and made us feel supported through the entire process. Would absolutely recommend them.

Josh is really thorough and breaks everything down so it’s simple to understand. I got an accepted offer on a house on a Sunday at 5pm and to move things along I reached out to Stone Home Inspections right after. I expected to reach a voicemail since it was Sunday. To my surprise Lisa answered and broke all the pricing down and what to expect. I was really thrilled they were able to come out the very next day and get the inspection done for me. I don't normally write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from Stone motivated me to write this. I purchased a single family home in Westchester County and asked Stone to perform the inspections. They performed a home inspection, sewer line inspection, and oil tank scan, all at reasonable prices. What was truly exceptional was the service I received afterwards from the team. In evaluating a roof defect that was identified, Lisa (the owner) carefully walked me through the damage and associated risks, taking the time to speak to me for over an hour. Ultimately, Lisa's advice helped me feel more confident that I was making the right decision with my purchase. Would recommend that anyone in the Westchester area use Stone home inspections when doing a home inspection. Not all companies are the same!

I had Josh do a pre purchase inspection of a single family home I’m looking to purchase and can’t praise this company enough. They arrived early and were extremely thorough. They inspected what seemed like every inch of the house on the inside and out. Josh inspected my potential home almost as if he was planning on moving in himself , not just as his job. They even explained to me the workings of the utilities, locations of shut offs , and answered every question I had. The report I received same day and was very in depth. Worth every penny for the peace of mind.
