I recently had a property inspection done with Stone Home Inspections. The entire process was flawless from beginning to end. Booking the appointment was very simple, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and transparent. Rosie, Lisa, and John were helpful over the phone, guiding us through the process and answering our questions. Inspector Jovani took the time to walk us through the inspection, explain each part, and answer our questions. He carefully inspected the property and provided us with valuable information. A few hours later, on the same day of the inspection, we received a thorough property report. The overall experience with Stone Home Inspections was very pleasant .

Josh is really thorough and breaks everything down so it’s simple to understand. I got an accepted offer on a house on a Sunday at 5pm and to move things along I reached out to Stone Home Inspections right after. I expected to reach a voicemail since it was Sunday. To my surprise Lisa answered and broke all the pricing down and what to expect. I was really thrilled they were able to come out the very next day and get the inspection done for me. I don't normally write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from Stone motivated me to write this. I purchased a single family home in Westchester County and asked Stone to perform the inspections. They performed a home inspection, sewer line inspection, and oil tank scan, all at reasonable prices. What was truly exceptional was the service I received afterwards from the team. In evaluating a roof defect that was identified, Lisa (the owner) carefully walked me through the damage and associated risks, taking the time to speak to me for over an hour. Ultimately, Lisa's advice helped me feel more confident that I was making the right decision with my purchase. Would recommend that anyone in the Westchester area use Stone home inspections when doing a home inspection. Not all companies are the same!

Incredible service! Sellers wanted to move fast on a home we agreed to purchase. Lisa in the office was able to get us an appointment the next day. Josh showed up early, walked us through all the red and yellow flags to be aware of and returned the report before the end of the day. Extremely thorough and easy to communicate with - highly recommend.
