They clearly explained what they would be looking for and what as a homeowner I should be mindful of, making the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free, because I walked in with a plan on what was going to occur. They were incredibly detail-oriented and meticulous, even getting deep into crawl spaces and showing a level of expertise and attention to detail that was well above my expectations. The report they provided me was clear, concise, detailed and annotated with their recommendations and findings. I highly recommend them!

Josh is really thorough and breaks everything down so it’s simple to understand. I got an accepted offer on a house on a Sunday at 5pm and to move things along I reached out to Stone Home Inspections right after. I expected to reach a voicemail since it was Sunday. To my surprise Lisa answered and broke all the pricing down and what to expect. I was really thrilled they were able to come out the very next day and get the inspection done for me.
