We used Stone Home Inspection on January 3 for a home inspection in Yonkers, NY, and were very happy with the service. The process was fast, professional, and efficient. Joshua arrived early and completed a comprehensive inspection. He took the time to walk us through the property, pointing out specific issues and providing helpful insights into potential future repair costs. The final report was detailed, easy to understand, and well-supported with photos. Throughout the entire process, Joshua remained both professional and personable.

Recently had a home inspected by Josh and am very satisfied. He was professional, thorough, and answered all of our questions while inspecting. He also was very quick in sending our report. Josh is really thorough and breaks everything down so it’s simple to understand. I got an accepted offer on a house on a Sunday at 5pm and to move things along I reached out to Stone Home Inspections right after. I expected to reach a voicemail since it was Sunday.
