I am 1000% satisfied. I want to thank Joshua Stone of Stone Home Inspection for their service. From the moment I called to request an inspection I was impressed. His wife answered the phone and her customer service was amazing. Mr. Stone was very meticulous and knowledgeable. The house is a very large house and he took his time in every area for the house. The inspection included a Radon test ,which is optional, and I asked to be done. After completing the inspection he took time to explain the most important issues found. Later that evening I received the inspection report in detail including photos, 135 pages to be exact. He left nothing to the imagination or questionable. Now that's a lot of detail to put together in such a short period of time but he did it and that's impressive. I will not mention what it cost me, but I can say that it was very much worth the price.
