Stone Home Inspections provided an amazing experience! They were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. They walked me through the entire process even before we met in person. They clearly explained what they would be looking for and what as a homeowner I should be mindful of, making the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free, because I walked in with a plan on what was going to occur. They were incredibly detail-oriented and meticulous, even getting deep into crawl spaces and showing a level of expertise and attention to detail that was well above my expectations. The report they provided me was clear, concise, detailed and annotated with their recommendations and findings. I highly recommend them!

I had my suspicions about an inspector with ONLY 5 star reviews. It’s a little unbelievable, I know… but Josh was really was great to work with. He was very professional and thorough. He walked us through every facet of the home, explained what he was looking at and why, and what we may need to think about for any remediations. Lisa was also very helpful coordinating. Really appreciate their support in what can be a scary time for first time home buyers.
