I have been coming to the clinic is Stoke-on-Trent after having alopecia areata. I met Lee who was very friendly and professional. My hair is looking and feeling amazing, better than before and happy with my results. Would recommend to anyone.

My sister Lucy introduced me to the Hair loss clinic in Stoke on Trent after successfully stopping her hair loss and experiencing regrowth in a short period of time after experiencing severe shedding. I visited myself for a consultation and Lee greeted me with professionalism and was very knowledgeable regarding my condition. He explained the reasons for my hair loss, touched on dietary, the correct vitamins, genetic and hormonal factors before putting me under a microscope. He analysed my donor hair to give me an honest expectation of how a hair transplant would work as this is what I wanted. It was actually a very educational experience. I have now booked in for a transplant which is very competitively priced and will look forward to the results which I will do a further review and photos post procedure. But all in all, a very good professional service for both myself and my sister. Thanks

After much researching and deliberation I decided to go ahead with a hair transplant with the hair loss clinics in stoke on Trent. The price was a lot better than the other quotes I had been given and had the reassurance with the hair loss clinics being the largest hair loss company in the Uk. Lee ran through the whole procedure with me throughly and what to expect regarding pre and post operative care. After paying my deposit the surgeon then contacted me and I had my own client portal with all the information I required which put my mind at rest. On the day or surgery itself eveything was well ran, professional and I was put totally at ease. I am now ten month post transplant and could not be happier with my results. I just wish I bit the bullet an did it sooner. Overall a 5 star service.

Friendly guy. However not sure how he can diagnose someone with a genetic type of alopecia when he knows absolutely nothing about someones family history of hair. Quite worrying he can advertise minoxidil (something you have to be on for life) when he didn’t explain things like lack of vitamins can cause hair loss(simple fix). Surely you want to tell the client to make sure it’s not other things like these and to get a blood test before advising things like minoxidil. Also confused the small hair that I had on the sides of my head as “hair loss” but in fact it’s my new hair growing in! Lovely guy but It’s just not trustworthy I’m afraid.

I was a little sceptical at first after reading so much conflicting evidence online and wanting to help my hair grow back after suffering from alopecia areata. I actually visited 3 different clinic but Lee was by far the less rushed and informative consultant I had met so I put my trust in him. All of my hair has grown back and I can't thank you enough, I only wish I had started sooner ! Thank you to lee and other members of his team who are so lovely and have all been through the treatment themselves which was reassuring along my hair recovery journey and aftercare too!

So far my experience here has been great and the results are looking promising. I’m currently 9 weeks into a 12 week intensive course to help prevent my hair line from getting any worse and regrow what I have lost, and the new hairs started to come through about 2 weeks ago and they are now growing at the rate of normal hair (which I am very pleased with). Whilst I haven’t seen the end result yet I am confident through what I have seen so far. As for the treatment from the staff it has been top notch, all great people who have taken the treatment themselves so have plenty of advice and information to give. Overall, the experience has been made easy and enjoyable for me. The only thing I think could be improved is the scheduling of appointments (maybe through some sort of app or website) so you can see when is available, rather than waiting for text message replies which is how it is currently sorted.

I’m 2 months into my 6 month programme of the low light laser therapy and medication for hair loss! Inflammation is now minimal and hardly any shedding amazing thank you to Lee

Minimal benefits of the laser therapy. Waste of time and money personally.

Just finished a treatment for my patchy beard. I can now grow a full beard and I'm ecstatic about it. It takes a while and you need to stick with the treatment but it's all worth it in the end.
