Ryan was very accommodating with appointment times. Based on what was happening with the washer, he had a good idea of the problem. After diagnostic observation, it turned out to be what he thought. The repair was a bit tedious, but he accomplished it & the washer is working great. The service charge was very reasonable considering what he had to do. I would recommend him highly.

I got an appointment in a very timely manner and on a weekend. They fixed the problem with my dishwasher promptly. Highly recommend.

My first time calling this company and talk to Ryan I needed a repair on my stove they said they would be there on time and they were and then gave me a diagnose of my problem and now they’re gonna order the part for me and it takes about 3 to 5 days I would definitely use this company again. They’re very reliable.

We found Ryan at Stocker Appliance Repair after GE certified tech couldn’t come out for two weeks to fix our GE Monogram Fridge that stopped cooling. And it was the best thing that could have happened. Ryan is amazing. He communicated clearly and set expectations all along the way. You never know what you’re going to get when shopping online for a service provider but we feel like we hit the jackpot with Ryan Stocker. I don’t give five stars lightly — this is a lot more complicated than an Uber ride. :) For this I give five stars for the service, professionalism, and master level experience in diagnosing and fixing our problem.
