I am so pleased with the exceptional service I received! He’s so fast with repairs and I love that I got messages telling me that service had begun and the progress as he was working! He promised a quick turnaround and boy was he quick!! I got my machine back in two days and was able to finish my Easter baskets just in time!

I brought my (new to me) 1946 Featherweight to have some of the cords looked at. Even though he didn’t need to do anything for it. He went over my machine with me, and reassured me with a little cleaning, and oiling, I was ready to sew!

In the new year , I will probably be bringing my sewing machines for little checkups. So far , I have only brought my scissors but I am so pleased with the service and the difference in my scissors once they've been sharpened that I know I found someone who can take care of my showing equipment.
