I have been to Sthan-M1 so many times. And each time I have wonderful experience in terms of staff. This time we met Avneet She was quite friendly and attentive towards our order though it was quite bustling. Yummy food as alwayss!

I reserved the restaurant for my daughter's birthday. Amazing restaurant. Live music, lovely staff, great food. All over it is outstanding We all loved it. All my friends were so happy and they all liked the food as well I will definitely recommend it to everyone. Great vibe . Thank you Sthan-m1 team for your service, it was great. Will come again soon.

Sthan has a lot going for it—flavors that transport you to the heart of the subcontinent and a cozy ambiance that makes the dining experience enjoyable. With a few tweaks to the food, drinks, and menu design, it could truly stand out as a top-tier restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful meal, and I look forward to visiting again to see how the menu evolves! The menu itself was well-organized and easy to navigate, but it could benefit from more detailed descriptions for each dish. While some dishes had an explanation, others relied on customers already being familiar with the cuisine. For first-time diners or those not familiar with the region’s dishes, a short description of ingredients, flavors, and spice levels would go a long way in helping them make informed choices. Firstly we had some beers and a vodka with lemonade…Additionally, adding icons to denote spiciness, vegan options, or chef recommendations could improve accessibility.The dishes offered were rich, flavorful, and beautifully plated. We also ordered Peshawar Naan it’s simply superb…The Chilli garlic Naan too it’s perfectly cooked…The variety was impressive, particularly for someone who enjoys a range of textures and flavors. The maharaja platter which contains if Salmon fish its very rebased even the flavour from it…And Salmon fry its felt like I am in my own home country flavour…And chicken it’s superb desi style flavours…The Lamb Biryanis were a highlight; the spices were well-balanced, and the meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy. The Lamb biryani stood out for its desi flavour which I felt…so melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the Butter paneer was incredibly creamy and purely desi style, with a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. The vegetarian options which we choosen such as the Paneer Butter Masala and Dahi puri, were flavorful, showing that attention to detail is given to all types of dinners.However, I did notice that some dishes were overly oily or rich, which might not appeal to health-conscious customers. For instance, the lamb curry and prawns biryani was delicious but felt excessively heavy. Perhaps offering lighter options or providing healthier preparation choices would enhance the menu’s inclusivity for all types of eaters. Additionally, I’d love to see more innovative dishes or modern takes on traditional recipes to keep things exciting for repeat visitors.Its ambience is quite recommendable to all families and people…In the last before living we have ordered brownie with iced cream it’s sooo delicious…

What an absolutely amazing place ! Came for the first time and what can I say service was outstanding (10%) but would have left a tip anyway and the food was absolutely beautiful! Max the owner chatted with us and was so friendly as were all the other staff cannot praise this restaurant enough 10/10 will 💯 be back for more 😎

We had an excellent dinner, the food was amazing and the portions were generous. Service by Soumya was friendly and quick. We had a really great time! Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes Indian food or wants to try it!

I had a disappointing experience with the service during my recent visit. No one offered us water, and there was no gap between the drinks and the food - in fact, the drink arrived after the food. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. The waitress seemed very rushed, which is not a good sign in a restaurant of this calibre. We ordered a couple of drinks, Pani Puri, Masala dosa, Lasooni chicken (which was nice but cold), and Chilli Chicken (completely cold). Unfortunately, we couldn't even ask if the food could be reheated as the waitress was constantly busy running from table to table. The food was delicious, and the flavors were well-balanced. It's a shame we couldn't enjoy it more. The prices are reasonably balanced for both drinks and food.

The best restaurant I’ve been to in Manchester for a long time. Superb service and fantastic food. Tasty, arrived piping hot and the restaurant were very happy to oblige with a last-minute birthday arrangement for my mum. They made the night memorable for both my mum and myself, and neither of us felt rushed to eat. Can’t wait to go back!

This place has really tasty authentic Indian food. Everything is on the pricier side of Indian restaurant food but the flavours help make up for that. They have quite a large dining area with different sections. The menu has a wide variety of dishes. We ordered pani puri,French fries,chicken kebabs,chilli chicken,some veg starters ,roti and curries. The team was extremely friendly and welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The service was both fast and personable, and the food, as always, was absolutely delicious. The cozy atmosphere, coupled with the charming and attentive staff, made for a great evening. We highly recommend this place. There’s a pretty wash area for girls which is in pink.

We had the most amazing food here on Monday. The service was exceptional and staff were very attentive and super friendly. Recommendations were given and didn’t disappoint. The food was fresh and came at very reasonable prices. We really enjoyed our meal, tasty 😋

Visited this place on Saturday, food well presented however not everything was to my liking. Place looks great with live music. Unfortunately we where sitting in a golden cubicle where was causing massive eco. Service absolutely fantastic! The girl was lovely and hard working.
