I have an old panel that a fuse event bad on, Larsen the electrician came over quickly (was able to find new fuses thankfully) he was always on time also was very polite and explained everything he was doing and why. It was a great experience. I highly recommend their services!

Always on time, always friendly & professional. They assessed the problem quickly and even spent a bit of time helping me with my training of my shy, cautious dog….shes very cautious of strange men so any time someone can help ease her worries is most welcome.

We have worked with Stew’s now 5 separate times on our 1950s Fairbanks home. We will continue to trust them with our home. Our initial 2 service calls were urgent—we called 5 different electricians and Stew’s was the only company who called us back. When other companies were saying 6-12 weeks to come assess our problem they had someone at our home in 2 weeks. The communication and service provided initially by Kaleb was excellent. Our issue was unusual and complicated and required a second visit a few weeks later—I called Stew’s at 8am when they opened and they had an entire team dispatched to our home within 30 minutes. They were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue in a professional and timely manner. We have had no issues with this since and we are so thankful! We had two separate scheduled jobs this spring, both done by Stew’s. Brandon and Bob upgraded our very old connection to GVEA and then Brandon did an indoor panel upgrade and relocation. They were clear with communication, professional, neat with their work and clean up. My kids loved them and have asked every day when the electricians will be back—thanks to their quality work hopefully it will be a long time! But the next time we have electrical needs we will definitely be calling Stew’s. We feel safer in our home because of the care and concern Stew’s provided us.

Easy to schedule. I got an appointment within a week, and the electrician was able to come out earlier in the day than planned. Larsen was a pleasure to work with. Friendly and professional and answered all my questions. Left me feeling confident that everything was done well. All items I needed worked on were addressed.

Great service all around! Generator went down and even though it was a holiday for everyone else they anwered the phone, called me back with a confirmation and arrived within 30 minutes! No other company even bothered to call me back Sarah in the office was professional and Bob, our service tech didn't hesitate getting it fixed and gave advice on how to avoid future issues. Larson and his apprentice Dom were awesome and even though we did not get the results we wanted. They were knowledgeable and did everything they could to resolve the issue . We will definitely use this company again. Thank you so much.

ALMOST worst nightmare happened. My daughter heard a sizzling coming from the breaker box, and yep, there it was red hot and ready to catch the house on fire. It's midnight on Saturday and -40*. I'm screwed. But no, I called Stew's Electric and they answered the phone! I got the boss himself to boot. He came out immediately and assessed the problem. I asked if he needed to shut off power and come back in the morning or Monday and his reply was "You have to sleep knowing your family and house are safe, and I have to sleep knowing your family and house are safe." So he called one of the crew to join him and ran to the shop to collect the repair supplies. they were both back shortly and got to work immediately replacing wires (inside and outside the house) and restoring SAFE power. All while smiling, laughing, and working in -40*! Nightmare averted and sleeping well. Thank you, thank you.

They came out after hours on a holiday to help us get our power working again. No complaining, just quick and friendly service, and they walked us through the entire process of what they were doing and what would be needed. Fully deserving of your business.
