First meeting Scott shows up with no comps. You have to work for your client and come prepared to do your job. It got worse from there. He kept pushing for a closing date instead of addressing my concerns over repairs after the home inspection. Negotiation skills just were not what I expected from an experienced realtor. I found some of his responses were non sequitur to my questions and concerns of a home purchase. Three days (Friday) before the final walk through and closing (Monday) date, Scott Roberts texts me not calls that the seller will not honor our estimate for a missing drip pan that put the unit out of code. He then follows with a text "We are trying to get you to close as soon as possible". I could never build a life long relationship with a realtor or broker that treats a client like this. Bad customer experience all the way around. This was unprofessional and never should have happened this close to closing. RESPONSE: Your concern was about the close just like Scott rather than the actions and behavior which led NO SALE.

During tours she scrutinized features and let me know which were solid and which were red flags. She navigated me through a delicate negotiation that ultimately resulted in my purchasing the home. And through the journey, Mandie was in constant communication, making sure I took the steps I was responsible for, explaining the roles of each party and giving me confidence up to the final closing. You couldn’t ask for a better agent / advocate.
