Sterling Padam Pench

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained.Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations and provided a truly memorable experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and top-notch service. We can’t wait to return!

Bad experience overall. Doesn’t seem to be a 4-5 star property as being advertised. And definitely not a luxury property in any sense. Several issues faced that the management could have fixed easily. 1) Room was full of odour from bathroom. Staff tried to clean 3-4 times but the issue persisted. Finally after using lots of chemicals in the drain, the odour smell went down. We had to sleep in the bad smell room with an infant and a 3 year old. The odour didn’t suddenly come in the room. Management should have closed the room and rectified the issue before giving to customers. 2)Rooms were very small - Mudhouse room - no chairs or sofa inside the room. We paid 9k for the room which was extremely overpriced considering thr size and amenities inside the room. No slippers provided either. 3) Sheets were unclean - definitely not something you expect from a 4 star property. Sheets had stains and looked worn out. 4) Resort provided us with a baby crib upon request but refused to provide any mattress with it and asked us to lay the baby down on the hard crib surface as they don’t provide any mattress for the crib. They only offered a bedsheet but nothing to lay the baby in the crib. The conduct of staff was very rude and ignorant in this respect. The only reason it’s a 2 star rating is due to the fact that the hospitality staff/ attendants were super attentive. Every call was answered within 10mins. Breakfast was good, dinner lunch was below average. Good outside activities organized by the management. But rooms were dirty and smelly and overall conduct of the management was ignorant and rude.

The entire experience of my 3 Nights stay was really good. Starting with the hotel property, it is well maintained, the check in experience is seamless with Kritika at the desk. Room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff are an absolute delight with Harshit, Arnab and Rajkumar being helpful and generous in their service to us. There is high tea and games in the evening for kids to enjoy. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay and a must suggestion for people considering this property.

This review is specially for the restaurant. We had a wonderful experience at Sterling Pench Padam! The hospitality and service at the restaurant truly stood out during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make every meal special. A special mention to Arnab, who offered exceptional personalized service- always attentive, warm, and proactive in taking care of all our needs. His genuine care and attention to detail made our dining experience memorable. Highly recommend this place not just for the scenic location, but also for the impeccable service and warmth of the team. Looking forward to visiting again.

Enjoyed the stay .... Excellent location, property is awesome hav booked mudhouse, tree house and plunge pool all the rooms wre clean and luxurious,food was decent and dey alter according to ur taste also provided us with vegan food and gluten free food super hospitality... I ll give a big shout out for all the staffs of the resort dey r really good wteva u ask for dey r ready to deliver and on time. special thanx to dhaneshwar the activity guy he is vry polite helpfull and arranges all the fun activites for u he made us enjoy a lot in the resort!!! thank you sterling for ur warm welcome and making our stay a wonderfull experience!!!

The stay was very pleasant and the overall experience is excellent. Sukhram(food staff) behaviour was very welcoming. Dhaneshwar Sharma's cooperative nature helped us to find some fun during our stay. Niten is also very helpful to provide all help during stay. Overall we will give 4.8 out of 5 rating.

The resort location is very good.The staff is very courteous and helpful. I took the breakfast, lunch & dinner. The stay was in Plung Pool Villa with Machan. I think the lunch & dinner should include ice cream as dessert , and should include a veg starter in lunch. The food quality & taste is very good. In my experience its better to visit touria gate , I visited khursapar as well. The forest is dense but the driver & guide were not good. We will come again as we had good quality time.

As a member I was allocated room no 105, a grandoisely called premium villa, but in reality the cheapest category accomodation which is only meant for time share members. The doors at the back of the room opened to a huge dead wall of the adjoining property, a distance of hardly 4 feet. You are denied of natural light and fresh air and you cannot keep this open due to the constant stench, possibly from the stp plant.My request for a change of room was not accepted by the receptionist, allegedly due to 97% booking. However speaking with the restaurant, activities & house keeping staff you understand the occupancy is not even 50%. The management seems to have put into place a caste system against the members. However the f & b staff were very good and food was also nice, though overpriced.
