⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service and made our stay truly comfortable. This was our third stay, and the quality has remained consistently outstanding. A special mention to Chef Alam ji and Rajinder ji for their exceptional hospitality. Their service was extremely kind, attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious and full of taste. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to many more stays in the future.

We have visited during mid December (16 to 20 ) and our 4 nights stay was wonderful. The staff was so coperative and customer centric. Food options were enough to cater different cravings and hospitality was appreciable. Special thanks to chef Alam and Rajinder for such a delicious treat during our stay and also fulfilled our requests on desert. Other staff was also nice and supportive like Bishal, Vidhan, Shekhar, Pinki, Deepak and Nishu. Overall memorable stay !! Thanks Team Sterling. Thanks Rakesh Pandey

The rooms were extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The spa was really good and the travel desk helpful. The food was top notch, and Chef Aman does a great job at serving the best delicacies. The restuarant is on the expensive side, so be ready for that when you step in But overall it was a really good stay

Go there for the personalised service — it truly sets this place apart. The staff is exceptional across the board — from the property managers to the chefs and even the servers, every interaction reflects warmth and professionalism that far surpasses neighbouring resorts. The rooms are comfortable and above average, though they could benefit from a little more attention from the management. The gardens too could use a touch of care to match the overall charm of the property. This resort has immense potential. I’m giving it a full 5 stars purely for its outstanding staff and impeccable service.

We had a great holiday time in sterling manali Services provided were excellent The property is too small compared to other sterlings holiday homes. Staff services notable Chief cook : Rajender ji for tremendous support and follow ups in taste of foods. Services staff : Vikram Thakur Vidhan also marvelous. Receiption part also played their vital role in maintaining hospitality. Mr. Sahil and Komal extended their support for the customer satisfactions especially for arranging cultural activities even in untimes. At last Thank you for the expert driver Mr. Negi and vehicle for his tremoundous services during travels. Once again Thank you all. It was a great unforgettable experience

We stayed at Manali sterling for two days. We rarely write review ,this is one of those occasion ... We travelled with our 1+year old baby. Hospitality of the staffs is amazing. They took care of our baby food just like home. Their quality of food is awesome. Chef Alam and manager Bidhan took feedback everytime. I must say this is the place to stay in manali when without exploring other place becasue of their warm behaviour , which make our journey really comfortable and tension free

I had Bishal and Deepak as servers! Wow what incredible service! They were very kind and made sure. We understood everything and waited on us with unlimited generosity.!! I think alam chey and pinki were the chefs! They personally came out and made sure the food was perfect multiple times! Ill be coming back everytime im hungry!! I would give 10 stars if i couñd
