Biggest thank you to our attorney Agnes Jury. She helped us with our “adjust of status” case about 3 years ago. Although our case was sorta unique in a way, everything went super smoothly. Based on our first experience, we went back to her again last year to file “remove of condition on residence”. It took a bit longer than usual due to workload backlogged at USCIS. Thanks to her dedicated and excellent job on preparing our filing documents at the beginning, everything went very smoothly again. As result, there was no RFE nor interview at all. Our immigration journey is almost over. However, if we know anyone who needs immigration assistance we will definitely send them to Agnes Jury!

Agnes is EVERYTHING ... She is very personable, competent and helpful. She helped me with my immigration case and every time i had a question or a consern she was able to help me and give me the right advice. Had to agree to the terms of the other attorney most of the time. Still paying large bill to the firm even though there were little results. Good luck. I lost over $40,000 just to have the attorney talk me into giving in and not going to trial so I wouldn’t lose my home. Have a great day!

They are amazing. They were willing to work with us on a payment plan. Mr. Tomaso is an amazing attorney and has done wonders for my husband to be able to have the right to be a father. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney that cares about his clients and a man's right to be a father!

Zero stars. Sarah Boyd is extremely unprofessional and does not complete paperwork properly, nor complete paperwork according to what is agreed upon in the court room. She screwed up Two settlements that are recorded on the record, but she failed to honestly or appropriately document in her orders. She will change wording and fail to properly complete documents. All for the sake of "benefitting" her client, or maybe it was out of ignorance. Either way, I very highly discourage her advisement in court if you're an honest human being.
