COMPLEX ROOT CANAL ANATOMY
The internal anatomy of each tooth is unique. Like a fingerprint. Some teeth have anatomy that is not complex and pretty straight forward. Some teeth have very complex "secondary components" (secondary canals, apical deltas, anastomoses, isthmis, curves). This can make root canal therapy difficult and leads to treatment failure.
