Had to have septic drain field replaced and this company was not only wonderful to deal with but did an outstanding job. The work performed and the materials used will make this system last for a long long time. I had a minor issue with the drain field and Stephen and his crew came out and corrected the situation. I highly recommend!

Fast service done by a single hard working guy. Nathaniel or Richard, sorry, terrible with names. Arrived 30min after my call on Saturday morning after black Friday. Dug up the covers, vacuumed and cleaned and recovered the tank covers in about an hour. Same price as the others since it was a rush request. But since Roger's built my house, including the septic, and there's a "hump" in my system...I will definitely only use and recommend Madden in the future. Thanks guys!

Today 7-20-2020 I had Steve Madden out to put in new system drain field and tank. The price was very reasonable and he and his worker were both very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him anytime asked for a septic system company. 5 stars out of 5 very please and he left my property finished off better and leveled better than I could have ask for.

Stephen Madden Septic Services recently replaced my leach field and they were phenomenal to work with. The owner, Stephen Madden, did most of the work, which speaks volumes to me, as it is very obvious he takes pride in his company and work. The entire team was professional and personable and made this large repair stress free. I will definitely be using them for all of my septic needs in the future!

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Pump crew showed up earlier than expected and didn't mind my endless questions. They were very professional and the price was reasonable. Will definitely call them again when we need our septic pumped.

Septic tank started backing up. Messaged Steve that night about 10pm he had someone out to pump the tank next morning. Excellent customer service and fast response time.

I used them for Septic Tank abandonment. Initially their equipment was to big to go through the gate, but they rented one to get the job done. The techs were awesome! Sean, Isaac and Hoss went above and beyond on the job. Indi was fantastic at spearheading the project. Definitely recommend them!!

I’ve called them twice now for various things, both times they were very helpful… so helpful in fact that I haven’t had to spent a single dime yet getting my issues sorted out. Awesome, old fashioned customer service based business. When something does go wrong they are first on my list to call.
