Stephanie is a friend of ours!! She and her team gave us their best in every way! We ended up buying a home that wasn’t necessarily on our list but she wanted to show us (even though my wife was hesitant) and it marked every box and beyond our expectations!! Wow - The entire process felt effortless - And we even had a few issues come up (none of which we had any control over) but her team reassured us and ended up handling it like it was no sweat and worked sun up to sun down to make sure that we had the best home buying experience possible as first time home buyers! We would 1000% recommend her to anyone searching for a home in any capacity!

100% recommend Stephanie Simmons! As a first time home buyer there was a lot to learn, but she was so knowledgeable and made the process easy. We found a home we liked that was already under contract (contingent) and Stephanie drove an hour and a half to show it to us anyway. We loved it so she encouraged us to put in an offer… and they ended up accepting it! We truly feel that without Stephanie as our realtor, we wouldn’t have had a chance!
