The entry-level market has strong demand and very low inventory. There are many multiple offers and values rose faster than other segments. The mid-market ($500,000 to $1 mil) and luxury market ($1 mil+) are showing positive gains compared to last year.

The spring market is in full swing and May results are stronger after a slower first quarter. Early results for June also show strong sales results.
Mortgage rates have dropped recently which is great news for everyone. Metro Atlanta continues to be very affordable relative to other metropolitan areas around the country.
