I genuinely cannot recommend Believe in Dog enough. As first-time puppy parents, Puppy Day School at BIDT was something we wanted for Solo even before bringing him home, and enrolling him was one of the best decisions we've ever made. What truly sets BIDT apart is their dedication and care. From the start, the trainers and staff have been so welcoming and are an absolute pleasure to work with. They've helped us feel incredibly supported and reassured during such an impressionable and vulnerable stage of puppyhood. Each dog is treated as an individual and all of the trainers are deeply thoughtful with every interaction. Their authentic passion for setting each dog up for long-term success is evident in their expertise and intentional, structured approach to positive reinforcement-based training. PDS and Puppy Class Pt. 1 have provided experiences for socialization in a safe, fun, and well-managed environment that go far beyond what we can replicate at home. It has been so rewarding to watch Solo have so much fun with his trainers and puppy friends, grow in confidence, excel in basic obedience, and see his personality flourish over the last 3 months - we couldn't be happier with his progress! Most importantly, it has been an invaluable opportunity to train us, as owners, how to create a lasting bond with our dog. We can't thank the team at BIDT enough. With their wide variety of different group classes and other training programs offered, we look forward to continuing Solo's training journey as he grows!

We love Believe in Dog! We brought our dog, Walker, here to work on his reactivity to other dogs. We loved working with Megan in our 1-on-1. She is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and made us feel very welcome and supported. We also enjoyed attending the Pre-Reactive Rover Class to help practice Walker’s new skills. The facilities are clean and spacious, and there’s lots of great toys and treats in the shop up front. We’ve learned lots of new techniques to help keep Walker calm, confident, and safe when we go out!

My first dog Keeva went here 5 years ago as a puppy. She has become a world competitive disc dog. She is such a balanced dog I have started my second dog there too and at 14 weeks he is already so confident, well balanced and happy. These people do amazing work with puppies in their puppy day school and puppy group classes!!

I cannot say enough positives about this facility or its people. I wanted to start early puppy training so my GSP started as soon as she met the vaccination requirements around 3 months old and we continued until 8 months. The team worked with her to develop confidence through socialization, communication and learning basic skills including enrichment activities to help us build and support a solid healthy positive relationship. We BOTH did our homework and I am extremely happy with the foundation we have to move forward. While my previous GSPs went to "boot camps" and came back trained and were well loved (and spoiled), we did not develop the level of connection I have with Evey that has come through learning together following the program and doing the homework . I definitely recommend taking the supplemental classes they offer to help you as the handler learn, practice and hone the techniques. It truly makes a difference with your relationship with your dog.

Doggy Fitness! We just wrapped up the 6 week course of doggy fitness and had the best time. I was a little nervous about the length of class (1.5 hrs), but my pup proved he could do it since it was all about the fun! Our trainers were Valorie and Jae - they were 10/10 helpful! Our pup is a 3 year old whippet. We loved getting new ideas on how to keep our pup tip top while having fun and him learning he has back legs because what even is rear-end awareness? Thank you both for a fun class!

Our experience was awesome, there is certanly lots to learn and guidance through it. The fact that they believe in postive reinforcement rather than old school rough teaching makes me feel safer while trainning my pup, Valeria was great with her teaching. I will say this is a method that those require way more patience and practice but is so much more rewarding to see your puppy making right choices on their own and build confidence as they go through life. So excited to be back for Puppy trainning part 2.

We have done multiple classes at Believe in Dog and each has been better than the next! From basic puppy skills to our most recent class - Doggie Fitness - each has helped teach us (the pawrents and our dogs) new skills and help reinforce old ones. Doggie fitness, one of their speciality classes, has been the most fun as it helped our whippet really step out of his comfort zone to overcome obstacles, challenge his mind, and even learn balance and mobility exercises. We could not recommend BIDs training style and all their classes more highly - we will be back for more!

We HIGHLY recommend the positive/reward based dog training that Believe in Dog teaches. Their staff and trainers are all WONDERFUL and they have a wealth of resources for their customers! We have two Cane Corsos (100+ pound fully grown) and the philosophy taught by Believe in Dog has worked very well. The training and socialization has really worked, plus we have very close bonds with our pups!

We are so grateful to trainer Valerie and the entire team at Believe in Dog for helping us bring out the very best in our rescue dog, Phoebe. We first started taking classes in September 2024 and have continued taking weekly classes throughout the year. Humans and dogs alike have learnt new skills, grown in confidence, and developed a great bond! Valerie is knowledgeable, patient, and positive instructor! We especially job her doggie fitness class and have taken it twice. Looking forward to more classes together!!

Can’t recommend BID enough! My pup is always SO excited to go to class and puppy day school. We have both learned so much while also having fun and meeting great people (both other clients and of course the complete staff)! Pedram was our instructor for Puppy Class Part 1, and he was so great with all of the different pups - so patient and genuinely loves the dogs and what he does. Alyssa helped with a couple one-on-one trainings which were super helpful when I felt stressed with new puppy, and Kate is now our instructor for Puppy Class Part 2 which we are excited for. The facility is also nice and clean. If you are looking for help with your pup, I highly recommend Believe in Dog! <3
