Our ac (split unit) went out in the middle of July when we were having 100+ weather. We had no experience dealing with this so our first call was ambient edge. They came out and said there’s no fixing it and it would cost 24k to replace! We felt so hopeless and had no idea what we were going to do. Thankfully a family member told us to call Tucker and thank goodness we did! Tucker came out to look at it right away and was working on it at 8pm! He was able to get it at least running but we did have to replace the unit but he was able to do it for almost half the price and it had a warranty that was actually included that we didn’t have to pay extra for! He replaced the unit that week and the next day we were headed out of town but we woke up at it was 53 degrees. We reached out to him at 6am on a Saturday and he was there within the hr! This was no fault of his it was our thermostats that needed to be replaced. He replaced it for free and we were on our way! Anytime we have reached out with questions he’s always gotten back to us quickly. We are so thankful we found Stellar and highly recommend him! Thank you Tucker for everything you have done!

We have an older heating unit that needed the gas valve replaced. He was able to get a after market replacement with in a week. Super awesome, thanks Tucker!

Great service, they even called me to see if they could come earlier than the scheduled appointment and diagnosed the issue quickly, replaced the capacitor in stellar time and my house was cooled down before they came in to tell me what the issue was. I called at 6:30 in the morning after my ac was out all night. Tucker answered my call and set up appointment for same day in the afternoon. Arrived early and fixed my air and very reasonable. Tucker and his assistant were very nice and will call again without any hesitation. Thank you!!!
