Stefan's Building

Stefan is a hard working and skilled builder. Our project was a garage conversion to create a little room with an en-suite. He showed flexibility and understanding when we added a few things and requested some extras and did everything he could to ensure that in the end we had what we envisaged. He cares for his work and takes pride in his professionalism. Stefan and his subcontractors are reliable, always show up exactly on time and will work weekends if needed - this degree of commitment can be rare in this business. He also communicates with customers informing them about timings and jobs and manages his projects with dedication. Recommended builder.

Stefan rebuilt our garage as an outbuilding and it did an amazing job. It was all built on time and budget with no hidden costs. Would definitely recommend him for building and rehabilitation work.

Internal renovations: 3 Walls and the chimney breast removed, RSJ beams installed, replastered and painted in Cambridge. Stefan was amazing, totally reshaped our home and made it look wonderful. We really appreciated his professionalism, insight and expertise. And how tidy he was even during the demolition. He has a great network of architects, structural engineers, plumbers, electricians and the like too. Very happy with the transformation and would recommend highly.

We asked Stefan to knock through a kitchen wall as well as remove a shower upstairs. Stefan always turned up when he said he would, and we were very impressed by how he checked everything with the authorities to make sure that the project met the regulations and was safe. Stefan also made sure that he protected the work areas and cleaned up after the work. Following this project, we also asked Stefan for some advise and he was always helpful! If you're after an honest and reliable builder, Stefan's your man!

Stefan is seriously the best! He not only tore down our old masonry wall and put up a new stud one for a bigger kitchen as well as moving an opening for our under stairs, but he's just a total gem. Our dog absolutely loved him, and definitely missed him once he was done! Stefan's skills are top-notch – the plastering he did is the smoothest surface i’ve ever seen. Plus, he's super tidy, cleaning up every day which was great while we were living in a building zone and meant our dog could walk around safely at the end of each day. Can't thank him enough for going the extra mile to help us out. Renovations are so stressful and it made a huge difference knowing we had someone who we trusted. If you need a someone who's not just great at his job but also a genuinely lovely person, Stefan is your guy! Highly, highly recommend!

Stefan recently completed a side extension on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Stefan has done loads of work for us. We first got him in to put up new ceilings and for plastering work during our house renovation. Since then, he's also painted all our walls, put up fences in the garden, installed a window fascia... He works hard and delivers the results in a timely fashion. I was especially impressed by his decorating work, where he spent a lot of time on preparation, with a great outcome. On top of all that, he's a really nice guy. I would definitely use his services again.

Stefan installed a loft floor into my garage. It is excellent, much better than I had envisioned. Stefan provides an excellent service with incredible attention to detail. Stefan has installed such a substantial structure that it will be much more than just storage, my young son has decided that it is the most ideal den & has moved a mattress into the space within a day of completion!
