What a day…. The owner (Bill) and his employee (Marcus) rescued my 3 kids and I this afternoon on our way to pick up our main vehicle from the dealership service department. I was driving on a busy road and out of no where, my truck stalled mid-drive and it was beyond scary! I thank the Pierce County Sheriff ( Mr. Oakes ) for quickly stopping behind me to keep my kids and I safe from traffic behind us, as we stalled in a main lane on a busy afternoon and waiting with me for the tow. I didn’t even get a chance to call a tow because Mr. Bill was driving past us, turned around, asked if I needed a tow, all within 5 minutes of the breakdown. He towed us to the shop one street light up the road. The blessing Bill, Marcus, and Sheriff Oakes were to my kids and I today is indescribable!! If I could give 1000 stars, I absolutely would. The quick, understanding, kind, professional, and warm hearted treatment from all 3 individuals is what makes this world a better place 😊 I will forever use Steelz Transportation for all my tow needs and you should too!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️

So far good as I wait for their tow truck, paid half of the charges, 135$ and to pay remainder for total payment of 154$ to be towed from Dupont exit 119 in lot of union 76 fuel station, but all the adversarial bs is getting worked out so we can go home soon. We are to be towed to 11008 briar road or 3010 Heath Ct steilacoom... I'll let you know for sure soon 15 mins... Thanks ..

I just want to say my family was involved in a vehicle accident tonight and thank God nobody was hurt. The owner of this tow company was just passing by in his personal vehicle and stopped to help my family out and not only did he stop he went back to get his tow rig and towed my family's wrecked car and comforted my family until I got there while i was at work and my young son was so shook and upset he helped him until I got there. The owner is a true gentleman and very professional service he stopped what he was doing to assist other's while he was off duty. Very affordable, dependable and professional services you just can't get honest folks like these anymore! If you're looking for a great tow company let me tell you this is the guy/company very honest and caring to your needs hands down I'm always calling these guy's first and you should to no hidden fee's or upfront cost! This is an honest review these people work hard and thank you again sir keep doing great things and God Bless you!

I had my truck F350 towed this am to a shop by another towing company towed it two miles and charged a very high amount. Shop wasn’t a help. Bill today quoted me the best rate and was there within an hour. Extremely helpful, kind and gets the job done! Will recommend and use again if needed. Thank you.

He is so nice and very friendly and helpful. I am a college student and had to deal with this without my parents for the first time and he was great. I would definitely call him again if I ever needed a tow!
